  • One Last Sunday Morning Ride

      skies: no clouds/ clear skies

    We laid some great tracks this weekend. Still super steep razors. There doesn't seem to be too much shift from last year. Good breeze last night smoothed them out again for today, but you could still see our lines. No photo, cause we were having to much fun shredding them up. It was 91 when we left at 11:30 am.  Very few camps. Needs a good cleaning, summer trash seemed more than normal.

    I was out there today with a couple others for a little test and tune ride before halloween.  Dunes were smooth (as expected) and a blast to ride before they get rutted up.  Saw you guys on a good little run and almost jumped in behind.  How'd you like the Maverick compared to the Ace?

    You should have!!! The Maverick is a complete different machine. Completely capable of handling the dunes. I love it! Now I just have to readjust my driving style and way of thinking. Such as having to cut lines and go around stuff. I'll get there.
