Qualifications you must meet are- Pay bills on time, thats it. I dont care what else you do, when you come and go, who you have at the house, or anything else. just respect my stuff, and pay your bills on time. House is a 3 bed 2 bath with a 2 car garage off of Tropical and Camino Del Norte. the garage has enough room for a motorcyle, the rest is ocupied by my toys. If anyone here needs a place or knows someone that does, pm me for my cell number if you dont already have it. No contract, stay as long or short as you want/need to. Rent is 320/month plus utilities which is usually another 80-90 dollars a month. Thats cheaper than most ghetto apartments are getting in town. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are cool.
