Yeah, that's what I thought. It's fun to ride but, the streets just not my thing.

Put a blown Northstar against the 2D and after a couple beers the tranny will be blown in no time. You would have to drive extremely smart not to break that combo.

If you want to wheelie and break trannies go with the Northstar. If you want the car to handle well, and run 110 octane fuel go with the Subaru. The subaru is a great little motor, I had one in my last car. It won't wheely but it will handle great because there isn't a bunch of weight hanging off the back end.

Mine is about 400 with the 8 pound pulley and 425 with the 10 pounder. Mine whoops on the 400-500HP V-8's. Plus Sandcars Unlimited is a top 3 builder for sure. Oh, and it seems to fly pretty good, just ask around this site, some people have seem me launch it pretty good and it lands butter smooth.

The way you want to drive it, I would stay away from a bus trans. It sounds like you want to drive it hard and the bus box probably fail........Did I mention mines for sale

:shocked2: Mines for sale. It has the Supercharged Honda in it, but I need alittle more than $40K for it. Check out the video at the bottom of the post. Over a little knoll i can stand it up. I never use the clutch to wheelie, bad things will happen. Sandcar_wheelie.MPG
