a couple of things about trannys i want to share from info i got from my buddie at wright gearbox. if your running a 2d do not run 934s they are to strong for the tranny , the 934 axels transfers the energy into the tranny and blowes the tranny. better with 930s and 300m cages better to lose an axel than blow a tranny, he was speaking of v8 cars ( high tourqe) tranny coolers really help the life of your tranny. if you have an earlier model 2d it is best to put the upgraded front bearing on the main shaft. watch the axel angles on the 930s your limiting straps stretch and if you get past 24 degrees at full droop your gonna waste your cv's. if you have an early model 4s make sure you dont have the us ring and pinion also the shift forks on the early 4s tolerances are sloppy. replace them, they have a habit of engaging two gears and blowing. again the cooler is a real help. tranny coolers installed is about 1000 dollars but will save you much more. cbm works on northstars by the way driving habits play in big as well but if your sensable your 2d will hold up. my buddies 2d has 5 seasons on it with only upgrading to the new front mainshaft bearing and no cooler . hooked to a Ls1 mendy e box is a glorified o91 and on a personal note the rotaries were fast but wore out real fast honda or subie or northstar or Ls motors are a pretty safe bet. i didnt mention ecos cause there to dam small hook that to a generator

well i went in for just a motor i ended up getting a whettle ring and pinion in my 4s improved shifting forks new and improved dog legs and a tranny cooler, updated battery box and different battery optima twin 6 volt , new larger radiator with twin fans and repositioned, changed out light bar and upper lighting to an open lightbar with 4 baja desighns 10" hids and acuator rod to move light bar up and down ( monster man was my hero on that) re vamped fuel system and replaced a shock seal. and got 6000 grind marks and reweld marks to add this stuff. and rewired the entire a$$ end of the car. happens every time.................... hi my name is bob and im a sand rail junkie........................................................

dont forget you baja desighns acuator rod switch to move your light rack up and down

yes there are many different switches out there but yes that switch is at kartec and is currently in my car first on tail and whip second on front lower lights and my tails stay on
-
cool i like a few switches so i dont get confused and start playing with them and drive right into the side of petes trailer ( i get distracted real easy) you can get a three position heavy duty offroad switch from kartech they have the big 50 amp switches too

monster that is funny sail and tery i certainly didnt bring this up to be diffacult. i just wanted to bring up an alternative view point. However yes i do disagree with it. but then i find myself asking what if everyone turned there grey full on it would be a mess. I do the same as you i trickle out enough just to keep from the tank getting over loaded. It does make perfect sense. I can imagine if it was a foregone conclusion that if its ok there would be grey valves full open . which would leave some genius to decide that if thats ok then the black must be ok to. jeez its almost as if the blm should have a camping class which you have to pass to get a camping card before you can camp. stupid yes but there are people that just dont know and will trash anything.
