Well I didn't see anybody go over the top of comp hill while drag racing... saw that twice last time I was there on a big weekend.... the heat killed my power.. going to get some methanol injection to keep things cool next time... the jeep drags were SO boring!!!!!! tried to watch a couple of times and just couldn't get into it.... I saw a rail that said dumontduneriders.com I had fun, can't wait to go back out next weekend...

Everyone seems to like it naked, but I will probably put them back on after this next weekend... the dune season being bascily over around here... I'll be going to apex more often.

Oh I found a problem this weekend... it was pretty hot, the heat killed my power big time.. non intercooled boost and hot air don't go together.... At night when the temp dropped sharply all my power came back but during the day I lost 6mph up the hill!!! I'm going to instal a methanol injection cooling system on the manifold so it will hold it's power udring the warmer days.

he's a real nice guy, but he does stink... J/K.

No it's not ready for the races yet. For it's weight it needs another 50% more power to be really fast, that's completely do-able though. Plus I need a longer swingarm or wheelie bar to get ANY kind of launch. The problem being it's overbore and a power added... which means I have to run guys like the turbo raptor mentioned above....LOL. 58mph up banshee hill doesn't cut it. BUT I'll be on the test and tune hill giving the rest of the bikes a hard time.

Pisses me off to be out of money, I'd be over 20psi on alky... anybody got a spare 2 grand?

I'll be lurking around banshee hill saturday and sunday... maybe I'll go for a dune ride too.

Yea I'll be there all weekend. No strobe lights this time though... I stripped it naked until after FSWs.. I still haven't got my swingarm extension so I will be crippled on the hill... you'll have to give me a rolling start... the supercharger hits like a feight train even at the slightest touch ( ask mike...LOL) Harley, I don't know off hand but you can always ask one of the rebel employees. the 111 we get at Sahara and I-15 is from a pump but they are only open daylight hours during the week.

Same here Junk, I run 111 from that same rebel. 10.5 to 1 compression, 28 degrees of max timing... 10psi boost.

On a bike with no clutch like mine a twist is death. If the throttle sticks open I can't grab the clutch to stop.

Another trick that works great... a propane torch. I use that to clear mine up. It's more of an art than a science...

I like a bike that scares me a little... I just don't like near death experiences every 4th ride or so...LOL guess I have to start saving for the swingarm... I am going to be there sunday to watch FSW. the races are on sunday right? I expect to get my a$$ kicked this weeked... there will be a lot of fast four strokes on the test and tune hill. My bike is 600lbs and I am 290 (I'm tall) even with 115 useable HP (crank power, not rear wheel) I'm only about 52mph up banshee hill. As expected for 10psi... I gained about 7mph, about like running a 25/30 shot of nos. 45hp added, -20 for the blower = 25. I was the fastest bike that I raced, but for the life of me I can't launch it.. the wheels just fly off the ground until about 10mph...LOL When I change the engine to run 15psi that doubles the HP.
