We have the same motor assembly as the one at the top. We removed the bolts from the side track and took the nut off the bottom to leave slack in the chain but I can’t see where the chain would go if I do get it off. Is there a panel that is on the that comes off to let the chain slip off the gears. I’m thinking of taking the whole side off but rather not. Just purchased the toy hauler yesterday and it was down when they showed us the trailer then they put it up went fine and got home and went to put it down and just hear the motor no movement. Idk if she held it to long when putting it up and it broke the gear.
