You replaced the GFI and still won't reset, did you get the right one? isn't that a possilbe grounding or load issue?

I went up to Oregon for sand fest and the FSA races, this guy was the organizer of the whole event. He was driving by, so I stopped him and took some pics while talking to him. This thing was a moch up for the military, when I asked if the guns were real, he said one is.
