Idaho, Sand Mountain, adn a few other dunes even glamis have experienced this PHENOMENON so its not just dumont... Im more worried about the whole sperry wash/armagosa river thing at the moment... I guess if all else fails someone will have to create a path thru the lil dunes to get to big d if those greenies want to shut down the crossing..

you didnt know about dumont being closed for superbowl... man you should go to a trt meeting and find out about these things..

During the TRT Meeting yesterday we learned that Nevada off road and buggy will not be selling any more pass's or OHV stickers... the state of cali busted em for the 25 bucks a sticker crap..

Thats ok.. while i was covering one eye trying to make it home.. i had the loritab poppin alcoholic watchin out for cops so it was all good. LOL After we saw the 4 or 5 chp in baker we knew it was smooth sailing after that LOL.. I will be in glamis next weekend so new years?

now to make some updates to the website to reflect the current and proper information regarding pass's and holidays and such... so DUNEFREAK get to work LOL

fuggin light weight.. i was a pitcher in when you left and we were there for another hour - hour and a half after you left... I do have to say i have a whole new respect for what the TRT does for us duners and im going to try my damndest to show and voice my opinions and ask questions. For those that think the public doesnt have an influence on what happens at the dunes you guys have one hell of a misconception. TRT and BLM listen closely to requests made by the general public and act on them.. I and everyone else URGE you to attend at least one meeting no matter what it takes. Next meeting is Feb 5, at 10am in the barstow field office.. Thanks to YNOT for what he does to make our community a good one.. And to all of those at the blm for taking the time to listen to us and to have the meeting on saturday by request. HOWEVER... there is always one good side to these meetings... that Slash X Bar thats right down the street is like a off roaders home away from home... Cant wait to get back there again.

im sure there is... salt water is a killer... however i would have to do it once.. just to say i have been there and done that... nothing a little scotchbrite and wd40 couldnt fix after a weekend in some diffrent dunes.

Lets call it roller coaster alley... Dont worry no feet will be lost in the re-naming of the bowl..

no i have 3 $20 pass's so by the time i make it out again they will be 30 bucks... so 30 bucks more and i have a regular pass.. I was assuming they werent going to go into effect until after t-day.. no worries

the same thing goes for DDR... the blame is going to get put on who was the most to run their mouth about the event... look at the night drags we did a while back.. if something bad had come of that who would have gotten the blame.. DDR.. it sucks the way things are portrayed but unfortunatley thats the lovely life behind a keyboard... I just hope they dont ruin it and we have to have a early cleanup because of them.

looks like my next trip is gonna cost me 30 bucks for the rest of the season...
