i never made it over there... but i went the previous trip and didnt mind it one bit..

The problem is not staking off the finger dunes.. its what you USE to stake them off with... In the past we were cool with cones and other stuff... but when you find cones with REBAR in them... or 2x4's pounded into the ground holding up caution tape... it makes you think... what if i was to fall off my bike for some reason and take a piece of rebar thru the chest!! Its not safe... and there was a new rule added that any thing SOLID could not be pounded into the finger dunes... rebar wood fence posts whatever...

the only pictures i took were the ones while i was sitting in traffic for over a hour on the 15... so much for del taco then haul a$$ home... should have waited to eat and went the other way.

iweb.. its not your problem... its theirs.. The way they have their cookies setup it will not allow you to have 2 cookies on 2 diffrent computers... they Salts as Invision calls them are not valid on 2 diffrent computers.. It does the same thing to me as well.. work vs laptop.. always have to sign in over there... i cant stand it thats for sure.

unfortunatley i was a guilty party this weekend... only past a couple camps... since there was this freeeeway right by our camp... must have been 70 yards wide.. when on of our camp members were injured i high tailed it back to camp as fast as possible... sooo i guess i was one of those statistics... however i believe i was far enough away from the camps on both sides to warrant doing 80+mph on my bike thru there to help get a injured duner out of the dunes

All i can say is WOW what a trip. Best wish's and prayers go out to everyone that was injured and best wishes to all those who's rides may have been injured in this past weekends activites. I know there were a few accidents within DDR and i am just glad that everyone is still alive and kicking... Get well soon and get your rides back together fast. Observations. Dumbasshorns no such thing as 5th gear a$$ crack... renaming it to 3rd gear a$$ crack the more you try to push away the closer they get I think that guy had a little lead in his wings vcup paddles HORRIBLE 3am south pole run AWESOME I know there are tons and tons i am forgetting... I would like to extend a very greatful thankyou to Wingnut and Crasher for letting me sleep in their toyhauler and for cookin breakfast and hauling my bike out... you two are some awesome peeps.. If you ever neeed anything dont hesitate to call.. Would like to thank paul for letting me borrow his bike and sharing the pizzacooker delishishness after that ride friday night. And thanks to everyone else who always puts a smile on my face and extends their hospitality... it is very much appreciated.. Nice seeing everyone again...

me either... gonna pack up the pre-runner altima, run to thumpertalk and get the last bit of parts... Jets, needles, and a new paddle.. then haul azzzzzz to dumont first thing tomorrow AM... hopefully get the bike tuned by lunch.. then dune the rest of the weekend... WOOHOOO...
