EY3BA11 replied to Kitcat's topic in Toyhauler/ RV Talk
i believe ya.. i was just curious cuz i know they have special scales meant for the tounge of a trailer but some people do the house hold scale thing with some form of lever and ya its retarded.. was just curious if they had a REAL scale.. Cool deal though. At least you know the tounge of your trailer is one HEAVY mofo.. Maybe freak oughta think about upgrading his hitch too?? -
well i was sittin at work thinking the same thing.. i figured since i have 2 nissans it would be pretty sweet to have the wifes truck say Mutha and my SUB say Bitchz since we both park backed into the drive at night when you drive by it would read MUTHA BITCHZZZZZ And yes BOTH plates are availible via NV DMV i checked hehe...

Roxi Trost sounds familiar... I'm wondering if anyone knows if she has a son named barrett? If so I graduated High School with him. I know he too is working in BLM and works out of El Centro if memory serves me right Back to your regularly scheduled rant thread.

Thats good to hear your working things out tim... or attempting to at least
-
The Camp Hosts usually take care of the road as well. And from the previous posts about what happend at the last TRT dust control measures are already in place as a water truck has been donated under the rules that it must stay busy!

yeaaa glamis this weekend, then tuscon 2 weeks after that then back to glamis the following weekend... i think not.
-
you swear like you have never had one of those before... i have had a bunch of sh*t stacking up that needs attending too that needless to say i am reluctant to do it
-
200k wtf why not... saw a article about his trucks in some sport truck magazine or 4x4 magazine the other day.
-
The dirt road is maintained by the camp hosts when they are out there each winter. The crappers are maintained again by the camp hosts who are out there slaving away to keep your public sh*tters clean and they do a damn nice job if you ask me... I would rather see a little bit more go to the camp hosts for all their hard work.

maaaaaaaaaan tempting soooooooo tempting.. Maybe i can post pone my honey do list to the following weekend

Dont necissarly need billboards but the FoDD Trifolds that are being passed out by western maintenance is a start and are pretty affordable. Websites such as DDR, FoDD, Barstow BLM are just a few that people can seek online information and see things of this nature, People being informed about their 5th wheels and the amount of wind that gets thrashed thru there bed sending their garbage sailing is another good idea.. Dont get me wrong dumpsters would be nice but for what they are worth $$$ wise i would rather see that $$$ put towards something more constructive.
-
Again this all comes down to FoDD and TRT informing us more appropriatley of when the Meetings are, whats on the agenda, and things of that nature. I have personally OFFERED my time to help make this happen but i have yet to hear from those individuals who i offered my time too.. Again its a communication thing.. Everyone knows about ddr and what not but not everyone knows about FoDD or the TRT when the meetings are whats happening at those meetings what needs to be done so on and so forth. Which is why we have this forum here on DDR. If this forum was more up to date with this type of stuff it would be even better yet. But on the other side how are we supposed to inform our members if we dont know ourselves :icon_twisted:
