The one on the south side of the dunes is easy to get too... if memory serves me right if you have a 4wd its very easy to get too... When i go out again ill check it out.. shouldnt be any diffrent than trying to get to Olds in a truck..

This is usually occupied by a loud stereo or movie night!!! i dont remember very many times when we just sat around the fire with nothing on!!! Another priceless thing that makes me happy... Standing around the camp fire waiting for the Cap to blow off the sobe bottle...

I can see dune golf being played out in the small stuff waaaaay to the north of the dunes..

those day's i call in sick to work! to be at the dunes or Drinking in the driveway w/ a couple good friends... or Take the 1/4ton and explore a few trails around town.. I used to love the trail system at the end of gibson and horizon ridge untill they closed them off to build houses... I would go there for hours at a time just to crawl around in the truck and relax..

The DRAGS are off gecko road by the ranger station in glamis... and its a giant parade of whos got the biggest fastest and baddest toys out there.... alot of fun to watch... If you keep it to the far south valley it is still possible to get trucks out there as well as dune toys and keeps it away from all the campers and general crowded population..

The cool thing about glamis is when you do a poker run you have such large distances between dealers... With dumont i can only see 4 dealers and it would be a short game if you know what i mean. 1 Dealer at the North pole 1 Dealer at the South pole 1 Dealer at Comp/Banshee hill 1 Dealer in the little dunes ?? 1 dealer at the river crossing ?
