  4. I dont like that comment one bit..
  5. Things i learned this weekend: 1) Fat guys arent meant to sleep on drop down bunks!! 2) Taco Hates me too ( said i was fat and was too big for her quad ) 3) 1/4 ton beer amublance/trophytruck/dunevehicle/needs a valve job now 4) When breaking out the kettle 1 make sure you dont do it at 4pm 5) Watching people crash is more fun than crashing yourself 6) standard travel buggy's werent meant to be driven like quads especially w/ 2 fat people in it. 7) when jumping make sure the person following you is spaced just right to get a face full of sand 8) Sobe bombs are cool!!!
  6. im at work.. but im glad it aint 5am i had to go to work.. sheeze!! thats early
  7. Eddie... When i went back looking for fctryblack84 i saw a chopper parked in the sand loading up someone on a stretcher.. the quad looked pretty messed up... He shoulda been riding a 2 wheeler cuz i have hit drops like that and been fine.. looked like he wasnt paying attention and just endoed off a drop... the other 2 i dont know what they were there for and i told pete i saw 3 and he was like naaaa only 2.. lol.. Craig glad you got the air pressure figured out.. 22psi in the front is just waaaaaaaay too much.. I had a great weekend... I do have a couple bills to mail out though!! Pete: Wash and wax Bill: $35.00 Wingnut: Interior Detail w/ carpet shampoo $60.00 HAHA... My truck looks like a$$ i havent even washed it yet... I turned the air on and it took 10 min of full blast to get most of the sand outta the vents... it was horrible... Plus i dont think the 1/4 ton is a trophy truck so that might have had something to do w/ a little sand in the vents... and ill have to get a bigger running start to get over some of those razors.. Didnt doo tooo bad.. only got stuck once and it was easy to get out of w/ a little push on the nose to get her goin back downhill again... then 6500 rpm bouncin off the revlimiter to get over that damn dune... Man i had fun!! Great times great times... Whens the next one... ill even leave my bike at home for it..
  8. well the dunes arent an emergency to him... bastard... Still havent heard anything... 1.5hrs to go...
  9. My boss pulled a frickin sneak attack... 20 bucks says im going to end up sitting around here w/ my thumb up my a$$ waiting on him and he wont come thru... its just the way that f*cker works... tells me he has a new project that needs to be implemented today so they can start calling this weekend... and i dont know sh*t about it... something that would take me about 45 min to get straight but he still isnt done w/ his part and said ohh ill have it sometime this afternoon.. yaa right... if he doesnt get it to me by the time he leaves tonight im rollin at 7 fk that!
  10. are you off work already Joe?? cuz there aint no way in hell im gonna be ready in three hours even if the boss lets me go early...
  11. Wow... my thoughts and prayers go out to the families involved... that sucks!
  12. i can grab a couple of those 5 dollar bundles at a gas station somewhere??? those would be easier than all the big sh*t pete has... i could probably only get one or 2 pieces of that in the 1/4 ton..
  13. 6 Volt batteries as explained earlier can take a big beating from being charged and discharged they also have a higher amphour if memory serves me right so they last longer as well... and the solar panel just insures that your batteries stay fresh without having to kick start the generator to top off the batteries... and the inverter so you dont have to run the genny to make a pot of stinkin coffee..
  14. I do know when i get my own hauler its going to get 4 or 6, 6volts depending on room.. solar panel on the roof to keep em topped off and a nice big inverter... shouldnt need to run the genny at all.. ;D
  15. this guy was burnin alcohol so i can see how that would make it look weird when it gets down into the pan and mixxed up..
  16. Im goin w/ wingnut and joeduner... we will have our own thirsty thursday at the North Pole..
  17. Same place as usual and the banner should be up no later than midnight tonight..
  18. general rule of thumb... most sand rail owners follow the same rule!!!
  19. knock on wood im going on my 3rd season... i can feel it getting tired but it still runs strong..
