DDR is hosting a Christmas party at BudSponge, Tacomama, and ISBB's House.. If you can find Greenway and Mission in henderson you will have no problem finding the party.. just listen for the music and smell for the nani.. Its THIS SATURDAY the 17th at 898 Coral Cottage Dr in Henderson.. Im going to asssume show up sometime after dark.. prolly in the 7ish neighborhood.. DDR Parties usually consist of 3 or more stops... Usually starts out as Pt's on horizion and horizon ( Close to home ) then to Hot Rod Grille ( Cuz the wounded dolphins ROCK there ) then back to PT's ( Usually stumbling by now and again its close to home ) OR.... Buffalo Wild Wings ( Cheap Beer ) Hot Rod Grille ( Wounded Dolphins ) PT's ( Wind down Beer ) Couch ( After 2 or more wounded dolphins this is as far as you make it when you walk thru the door )

it only cost me 25 bucks to get from my place to the vegas airport and thats a 15 mile drive... so it shouldnt cost that much for a taxi...

The only time the slide will stick is if you start dorkin with the throttle stop... If the slide gets pulled up further than its supposed to then yes it can hang and yes it has happend on 2 wheelers 426's specifically on wr's Reason being is when yamaha manufactured the WR it came with this rediculously long throttle stop screw only allowing like half a twist of throttle where as the yz's has the full motion... NOW that being said the most common fix was pull the screw out and chop off what wasnt needed... well a few people cut them toooo short and resulted in the slide hanging up because it went up too far... even WITH the double throttle cable there was nothign they could do cuz it was jammed on a lip up in there.. HONESTLY w/ these carbs i would feel safe running the single cable twist throttle... or you can go get yourself a double cable... whatever floats your boat... it will be fine either way.

5 miles thats not that long of a walk... his best bet is public transportation... 5 miles wont cost but a few bucks in a taxi anyhow...

the slide isnt closed by the device its still stuck... the only thing this little electronic gizmo does is shutdown the motor... has nothing to do with the slide..

and yes i currently have a 31x10.5x15 wrapped around the waste of my truck's rims..

Im havign a hard time finding 285's in a 17 period... i have found a few in 16's w/ that load rating... it also allows for more sidewall to be exposed so if you have to air down you get a little more coverage... and Bridgestone Dueler is one of them as well as BFG...

305's is the BIGGEST W/ Rubbing... 285's are optimal without rubbing... Steve is Fat

i get those cravings ocasionally... Chocolate tastes horrible for me after eating a bit of it so i usually dont eat chocolate but there are times where i could care less..

OK..... NOW from what i read... that a instead of a DUAL cable throttle which has the helping return cable to prevent a stuck slide... yamaha decided to put a little mechanisim in the thumb throttle that if the slide is open and the throttle is returned that it will automatically shut down... Using the DUAL cable setup off of a YZF450 (2 wheeler) w/ the dual cable you can safely go about this.. The SINGLE cable twist throttles I.E. Motion pro dont have this little feature built into it.. NOW... YES you can use motion pros single cable twist throttle and it will work just fine but you loose that nifty little electronic feature that shuts down the bike incase of a stuck slide.. Or you can just go buy a YZ 2wheeler throttle assembly w/ the dual cables and not worry about it...
