i just bought 8 2900mAH AA's and a smart charger for 30 bucks or so from thomas distributing. They were the highest mAH ratings i could find. Helmetcamera.com told me the 1800's they use will power the camera for up to 8 hours so with the 2900's i should be able to get well more than a full weekend out of them without them even trying. I just have to order up a second one for the camera and find a case if this thing works

wonder if its a standard size whip so you can have diffrent flags or if its a one size only for them type of thing.. Neat idea.. only thing i can see wrong with it is if you land on you mellon and it breaks off and tries to stab you but if your landing on your mellon you have other things to worry about than a pesky flag

Motorcycle tire center did my last set for me.. after watching him do it i realized i spent waay to much money it is fairly simple to do yourself but MTC was fair with their prices and did a good job.

not to sound like a butt, however i wouldnt buy the bird a gift. Birds are sensitive animals.. without consulting the owner to see what the birds likes and dislikes are you might as well just drop 20 bucks in an envelope and send it. The wifes parrot likes some things and is deathly scared of others. I would feel bad if i bought a gift for a strange bird that freaked them out and killed em. As far as usual likes.. Any medium size block toy / rope toy works best. Also a medium sized sanding perch works good too.
