when you store your bike with the tank sealed the vapors have to escape somehow usually permiating thru the plastic of the tank. a quick way to RESOLVE this issue.. is to keep your gas cap cracked or loose on your bike while in storage. That way the vapors can escape thru the cap and not the plastic of the tank

seen it first hand when i was back in D.C. was on my way home just cruisin past the welfare office and i see a big a$$ caddy SUV with them bling bling wheels and a car load of brothers hopped out all dressed up nice and stuff goin into the welfare office to collect...

im at 6.25.. if it hits 4.25 i might but we just bought the place and dont really feel like forking over the extra fee's as of yet.. Im curious to see what happens after the 20th of this month.
