    its actually a quiet hood.. The wife was kinda nervous about the riff raff over on boulder highway but i told her that we are far enough away that those bums stay over there besides she was all gun ho about buying one of those condo's over there right off boulderhighway.. lol Its all good.. We should know hopefully tonight or tomorrow if for sure its ours as we just gave the emd cashiers check to the fellers..

    load up the hopper with a thin mix of joint compound kinda like pancake batter.. turn on the compressor and start blobbin chit on the walls... wait 15-20 min till it gets tacky a bit then run over it with a trowl to knock it down Piece o cake.. Just get in there and do it.. You wont learn any other way.

    Actually you can install that camera software on your laptop and loginto it remotely from anywhere. YOu just need to know your ipaddress http://whatsmyip.com i believe and setup the router to foward the port that the camera software is using Should be in the directions for the camera software.

    the home was built in 06 i believe so the units arent old.. and im well aware that cooling a 2 story place aint cheap.. at least by the time we move in the heat will be heading out close is mid september so i figure by october we will be in and going.. so maybe a month of running the air before its time to crack open the windows and let it flow

    Looks like my road is finally coming to an end. Just got 2 accepted offers today... doh.. Now which one do i choose Actually i pretty much know which one but ya. Giving up a 3 car garage for a home with much better value in the end is kinda tuff But shopping and location are much better on the bigger 2 story w/ 2 car garage

    Sounds like fun.. If i get the bike put back together that would be a pretty good workout i Have heard some horror stories about that trip from cal city to state line. A group of guys over on Thumpertalk tried it and didnt quite make it all the way.. Well a few did but a big handfull had to be rescued in baker lol. Too many breakdowns/flat tires/ so on and so forth.

    Didnt know if anyone was looking for one. Saw one over by my house.. Dean Martin/Cactus intersection. Couldnt tell if it was 2wd or 4wd as i just drove past it.. However there was a big ol $1300 written across the windshield? I know a few people have mentioned wanting to get one so i thought i would put it up if you guys wanted to go look at it.
