naa i need to buy a chunk of land right at the end of the dumont road.. and put in an AM/PM or something of the sorts.. Truck stop in the middle of death valley... DuneSeason would make a killing. I wonder how hard it would be to get a permit to sell beer and smokes in dumont.. that in itself would make some good cash.

if you need something that gets decent mileage and can tow a little something look for an older chevy pickup 02-03ish with a 4.8 or 5.3 both of those motors are pretty economical and can tow what your after. I loaded one up a 03 i believe with about 3k lbs in the bed (yes it was ridin the bumpstops) drove it from brawley to nogales averaged about 18mpg there with it loaded.. and over 20 on the way back empty. it was a nice comfy drive the whole way there... I wouldnt mind picking one of them up in the future as well..

BTW if anyone here deals with ziprealty be forewarned their incentives are nice but they stink in my opinion currently using NRES Nevada Real Estate Services.. i thought that might be the problem but when we told her that our current agent knows nothing of their special deal with the new home builders she still gave us the cold shoulder and NO info what soever towards thier sale.. so i just chalked it up as fugg em and dont do buisness with them ever again.. I thought they would be just as good as they were to us the first time we went to use them but they just turned into idiots.. Ohh well..

Im kind of curious about how using multiple agents works. We started off with one agent she was cool but she didnt "WORK" for us. We would give her a list of properties we wanted to see and she would show them.. Granted it took her a week to get back to us because she was so "BUSY" with other clients. Responding to e-mails, calls, wanting to make offers took days. We even e-mailed using the agents website which she said would be the best way to do it and wanted to view 7 properties.. After a week with no response we felt that since she is NOT working for us then maybe we should seek an alternative route. So we did. Found a friend of the church who was an agent and he has been very cool. He looks up properties checks out properties and he works for us trying to find us the right place. Well after working with the new guy for a week or 2 the original agent sends out an e-mail saying that she is having some sort of special deal with one of the builders in town and they have over 200 properties they need to move and move fast so they were doing a DEAL with that real estate company. So we inquired and wanted to see what they offered and she asked if we were working with someone else. We told her yes we were and then said sorry but i cant help you guys out due to some legalities commision issues possible duplicate showings so on and so forth. I want to know what your guys take is on this. I feel i got robbed of possibly owning a brand new home when our current agent had no clue about their "SALE". I guess where im going is, is there an issue with working with multiple agents?

we are doing just that... Buying now and attempting to take advantage of the market. Preapproved for over 200k loan.. definatley not going to spend that as there are a ton of properties for much cheaper... However it is TOUGH to buy the cheaper properties as the investors are really coming out of the wood work now and snatching up all the cheap stuff.. I have dropped 6 offers so far only to get rejected on 3 of them so far.. For example the first one we did list was 150k i offered 160k and was rejected because the bank accepted another offer for over 200k

im hoping after i buy my house ill be able to get something and this would fit the bill as well as fit in the side yard of the home we are trying to get And the armada could tow it

my observation.. we are all a bunch of disfunctional A.D.D kids that can go from a serious conversation to talking about vagina and then back to the serious conversation like the vagina talk never happend.. i also learned to ALWAYS lock the front door or any door on your house for that matter cuz you never know what ddr member or members might show up and start drinkin your beer in the kitchen.

You ever made a summer trip on a 2 wheeler? Ever ridden with our Crew? I think you would sh*t yourself if you ever had the chance hehehe... Most people do after about 3 dunes they give up and eventually meet us as the destination.
