Tonight we finally solved our traveling problem!! After 2yrs of thinking about getting this and thinking about getting that. Bob pulling the 5th wheel and me hauling the toys, twice the gas to get anywhere The frustration was too much. We had come to the conclusion that a toyhauler won't work for us, not with having the boat to pull around as well as the sand toys. So a couple of months ago we started looking for cabover campers. I think we have seen every freaking camper from Phoenix to LA. My only two real requirements, besides the basic fit, was that it had to have A/C and a toilet. We thought we had the one we wanted picked out, after much debate. However the 19,000.00 price tag was a little steep for me We also looked at an 01 for 10,000.00 but it was TRASHED!! Who knew these things were so expensive Yesturday we went over to a friends house and spotted this one way off the road, in a garage with the door open, teeny bright orange for sale sign in the window. She's older 1988, one owner-little old man, kept her covered, imaculent condition, didn't use her much the whole time he's had her. NEW A/C unit just installed!! She's going to need a few things like a mircowave and I am not too keen on the "I painted the stripes to match my truck" NO more sleeping in the truck bed on quick Dumont trips!! Oh yes AND we went from $19000.00 to $2000.00 :ahhhhh:

Thats probably how Bob will be sleeping tonight, after we come home from birthday celebrations tonight!! I think thats how he slept after last year's party That is a very funny picture

So my old camera died I loved that camera, easy to use, very familar with it. Pretty much point and click. So what if it was five years old and out dated. It got the job done My step mom is a photographer, so I called her up and suggested that a new camera would make a most excellent birthday present for Bob and I. So she sends me our new camera. Now I have attempted to read the manual a couple of differant times, BUT I think you need a computer tech degree to understand it. Cause I don't understand 1/2 of it. I am hoping that maybe someone has the same camera and can maybe help out with all this extra stuff it has on it. It does have a "easy" set up, but I would like to try to use some of the extras. Its a Panasonic DMC-LZ7 Lumix. Thanks!!

No you won't be the only ones!! There are lots of others!! You have to start somewhere!! Trust me I know about projects, we currently have three going But I finally have him pinned down to doing one at a time!! We are also building our own rail

Testing the new camera on the new parts that we had to drive all the way to Car Craft in Riverside and pick up today!! I think it would be easier to learn how to install the new parts then use the new camera you almost need a computer tech degree

Talked to the builder tonight, said it should work great the way it sits, try it out and if not he'll perfect it for us!!

Bob's runs a little hot at the night rides, but he did something differant for that night. Ran differant gas or oil or something. You can PM him he'll tell what it was and he had NO problems

My truck's NOT going anywhere!! my truck!! It's not to match it either, he just had it sitting outside the other day and had just bought a new red air filter and it looked cool the charcoal with the red accent. I think it would be better then yellow!!
