Sunday afternoon, water levels low, crossable Dunes are tore up though! Have a great New Year out there!

No blm today river crossing still sketchy but people have crossed little dunes not full and this on the scenes reporter is headed home!

I would still be super careful going g that way although the water has slowed it still looks nasty also we just came from the way that people go from little d and there were four mohos stuck bad

The water is barely flowing today. And people seen to be able to cross carefully. Just saw a guy go through with fifth wheel and trailer, he made it. No sign of blm today either. Happy duning everyone!

Last night the blm guys said that there were two sink holes in the first little river and they estimated one to be too deep to try to cross they were trying to divert the water to fill in the hole, but the attempt failed, no one has been out to work on it today. I wouldn't take the chance to try it neither would Mike!! But we have seen it first hand, it's the first river that is sketchy! But to each their own. ;.)

Not sure there were five of us at the Sperry wash entrance, but a couple rolled in as we were going to bed and didn't see anyone before we headed to little dumont. We are going to head that way in about an hour and I will send more pictures from the other side.

I had an AWESOME unexpected, last second weekend trip, went to work on Friday morning (Mike and boys already left at 1/2 hour before daybreak) clocked in and was sent home for the weekend! Ran home picked up pooches, Michael no where to be found, but I got him a ride later. Was unable to put my quad in the truck, Mike had the ramps. Oh well, better to be in dumont with nothing, then be at home! But Mike turned the Rzr over to me when I got there again! I hate to admit it almost, but what a freaking blast!!!! Thank you again Mike for letting me play Had a great family trip! Great rides, friends and Saturdays horrendous wind storm, made for sweet azz dunes on Sunday, stayed late, didn't want to leave. I know I had mentioned this awhile ago, but then we where all sworn to status. Its been buzzing and electric at work these days. And the acticipation has been almost unbareable! But Pete's show is finally become reality! Its made for some crazy busy work schedules for myself and that is still on going. But to be able to work for this fantastic energetic man, makes it all worth while! I got to dune the RZR! that was my highlight of the weekend! Great food and good people. Didn't even know I was getting to go until Thursday night.

About damn time!!!

I am trying to make it out that weekend, I will be going alone. So I am looking for a camp to take on the poor stray sandchick I come with my own tent, beer and supplies I am relatively quiet these days. Please shoot me a pm if you have a place available. Thanks

Here you go! The morning after she was delivered, shiny and new, with 12 miles on her! Courtesy of one of the greatest men to live, my grandpa, he is one of the reasons I am even into this sport! RIP! I had coffee with her on the first day to bond!

More.. We thought we were being watched.. but you can see where they went off the drop off, even the rangers have a hard time seeing them out there, then we thought they were going to need help getting out, but they finally did it The trip home was pretty interesting! Thankfully Mike has mad skills, Jill and Charlie came by, Big O was open on Labor Day AND had the tires in stocks, and that there was a decent Mexican resturant across the street! And so ends another Labor Day weekend at the Pink! Who's going next year?
