It's the volcano expoding.. he was pointing out how close they were and how hot it was! I had forgotten to take my flash off so it looks like a big sun or something in the red lava plume! You have to see them in person to really understand how incredible those two shots are and what he had to do to get them! Thanks! It was alot of fun!!

As most of you know I work for the photographer Peter Lik. I think his work is incredible and he has been one of my favorite photographers for several years. We opened up a new gallery about a month ago in the Caesars Forum Shops. He has another gallery on the upper level, but had been waiting for an opening on the main floor. I was pretty excited to be able to attend the grand opening of the new gallery. I have never been to a grand opening before of an art gallery before. I also knew that he was going to be unveiling 3 new pieces since returning from Kona, for me this made it even more exciting!! Its not everyday we get dressed up and go out! Concert was AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Personally I think Pepper stole the show!! They were wayyyyyy better this time then when I saw them with Slightly Stoopid!! However Mike thought Authority Zero should have been the headliner. Pennywise was good.. but they did everything wayy over fast and their soundman SUCKED!! I guess they figured everyone would be drunk by then and not care! Show sponsered by Jager and the shots were $10.00 a pop!! Eff that!!! So no drinks.. but it was still an AWESOME show!!!

I thought that was an interesting fact myself.. I got that one wrong.. but at the real answer... I think if they did drink in the 40's they hid it well.. we have certainly come a long long way from there haven't we!!

Thats just what it was at noon!! I can't wait to hear the guys stories.. They finally made it home just after midnight! But they are home safe and sound... Cole was a little late for work.. but at least they are back...

I believe what you are seeing are the front shocks resevoirs Here's a pic from the front to help you out.... Now.. back on topic They are just getting ready to start the final photo shoot, wanting to get some good shots in the fading sunlight with some good shadowing.. was cloudy a little bit ago so they had to wait a little bit longer!! I can't wait to see their pics!!

DARN IT!! I have the Grand Opening of Peter Lik's Forum Gallery in the Forum Shop at Caesars on Saturday night!! Oh well munchies and spirits provided!! AND I get to get all dressed up and have a night enjoying some good culture!! I will have to catch the next OPS show!!

Yes they took him and the crew around yesterday morning and then he came back in the evening around dusk.. they are going to finish up the shoot this evening!

I hope they spent the night covered in flies!!!! Out at Dumont and they are complaining constantly about the amount of flies they have to deal with!!! Really though careful... drink some water! And tell Michael I said hello!!!

Thank you! My son has it already designed and sent it down with specific instructions. I am just pricing it out to see who has the best work for the smallest price.. I get to pay for half of it for his birthday present.. I will look in to him to.. Thank you again for the information! Any information and recomendations are appreciated!
