It should be an action packed weekend with Sand Wars hitting Dumont. Tons of Jeeps and Side x Sides in both hill climb competitions and drags races. Sounds like a fun event. I work that Saturday but might head out Sunday to check things out. In case some of you were wondering what the big film crew is filming out at Dumont this weekend, it's a commercial for the new Samsung Notebook 9. They are a permitted film crew so please be respectful and steer clear of their area.

A Polaris RZR went up in flames Friday afternoon near Banshee Hill. It appears everyone was OK. They had just enough time to pull the seats and some gear out of it.

A milktruck overturned on HWY 127 just north of Baker around 8/9 am blocking the road. It's been cleared since and traffic is flowing now.
