  1. In honor of America's birthday, let's see your american flag pics, preferable taken at the dunes. I know there's some good ones out there in this group. Happy 4th of July everyone. Stay safe this weekend but make sure you blow some stuff up and have a good time in the meantime!
  2. No need to submit a pic or vote. It's already a done deal. What better photo than this one for our July Dune Pic of the Month! Bert requested that Jodi (sand chick) submit this photo that she took of him. There's no question that this is the one for July. As Bert stated, it represents the 4th of July and America. I couldn't agree more. Bert was a very patriotic guy and flew the American flag with great pride. So to honor Bert's wishes, we will proudly display this photo as our July DPOM on the homepage.
  3. Andy you could just drive up to Boulder City and watch the show at Veterans Memorial Park. They put on an amazing show every year.
  4. Did any serious buyers try the phone number posted yet?
  5. We hit the Voodoo Zipline today at the top of the Rio Hotel, 500 feet up! It was awesome.
  6. Looks like BBQ & pool party for us at T's new place.
  7. Booyah! lol http://www.dumontduneriders.com/invision/?showtopic=17625
  8. I just realized what car this was. The #29 car that raintard (Dan) used to own.
  9. Why can't you upload pictures? Do you need help? Just let me know.
  10. TBT, Halloween 07 Ragdoll MX
  11. I just had my Dmax smogged and they didn't even pop the hood. They have in the past, but not this time. They usually take a glance underneath to do the visual check for cat and DPF if applicable. I go to Jiffy Smog in Hot Rod Hill/ Henderson. I would also highly recommend Underground Diesel if you need any work done.
  12. We usually hit the dry lake bed and either blow stuff up or watch others do the same, but this year the BLM is shutting the lake bed down. Kinda sucks. They put up a big ole fence along the highway too. Anyways, I'm curious what everyone's plans are. We're still tossing ideas around, preferably one that don't involve country music and kids everywhere. (I hate when the big fireworks shows play country music as if that is somehow more patriotic.)
  13. They currently don't plug into the OBD. They do a visual check of components and then an opacity test on the rollers.
  14. Thanks for chiming in with more photos and stories of Bert, Lee! Glad to see you check in from time to time. That's what I had in mind too.
  15. I was thinking that we need to do a group trip for Bert once next season begins. I think it would cool to get something nice made up and put it up on the memorial hill. In addition, we could do a memorial ride as well. I think Ashley was talking about going out for Halloween because that was the kids favorite weekend. We'll figure that part out later, but in the meantime does anyone know who could make up something nice for Bert that we could put out at Dumont on the memorial hill?
  16. Since we don't get any official trip report from your St A's trip, how did the car do? I forgot to ask you.
  17. I'd like to thank everyone who donated to Bert's family. While money can never replace a person like Bert, at least it helps cover some of the family's expenses and is one less burden for Ashley. http://www.gofundme.com/bert-coe-family Just a reminder that Bert's services are this Saturday. I know there will be quite a large group of DDR people there. Maybe everyone should wear their Regatta shirts. Bert wore his event staff shirt everywhere. Bert Coe services: Saturday June 14th Viewing at 9am-10:30, services at 11AM - Chapel at 400 S Water St., Henderson, NV Laid to rest and with short grave side service at Palm Mortuary to follow. 800 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV
