  1. I have no idea what that whole elf thing is but I see alot of posts about it. It's even on the news.
  2. Only if work is dead, but this week has been steady so I'll probably be leaving later Thurs night.
  3. I always have a battery charger in my hauler plus jumper cables in the car at all times. I'm covered regardless.
  4. I am very curious what my car weighs. Even the original owner who had it built was guessing when he told me. This could be alot of fun to see what everyone's weighs.
  5. Still holding a charge. The battery tender wasn't even kicking on anymore so I pulled it off the other day. She fires right up in 30° weather. I'd say she's good!
  6. Hell yeah. That would be sweet! Maybe we can make a drinking guessing game out of it. Your welcome to camp with the group. That the point of this trip, but either way looking forward to duning with ya. C6 coordinates on the grid map I made this the other day. I guess this would be a good time to post it up.
  7. I'm thinking late afternoon on Saturday we should get a group photo while out on a dune run. Maybe FE135 can offer his services? Otherwise I can bring my tripod. Or he should get in there too for a photo. He's always on the other side of that camera.
  8. No code needed. You can tell them you saw the ad on DDR, but that is their winter special pricing.
  9. ok, how about Dec 14th!??
  10. You have got to be SO stoked. I remember when I drove my first car for the very first time. When I got back to camp I just sat there almost shaking with a gigantic smile on my face. I was so happy! I couldn't pay attention to anything else the rest of the day. The dunes were forever changed for me in the best possible way.
  11. Wrong topic! But thanks. It's holding a charge and doesn't look like I need one anymore.
  12. Badass, Mike. So no snowboarding for you guys this weekend then? Good! Let's do this!
  13. I've been here a bunch of times while at the river, but never camped there before. We're glad to announce that Pirate Cove RV Resort is now one of our site sponsors and they are running some winter specials. It looks like an awesome place to camp and hit the trails! There are over 3,200 Miles of BLM-approved designated trails in the area of Pirate Cove RV Resort including sand dunes, historic bridges, and old mineshaft passages. This is going on the to-do list. http://piratecoveresort.com/RV_Resorthttp://piratecoveresort.com/offroad Here's their winter specials.
  14. 61 degrees this weekend for a high at Dumont. Much better than this 30's nonsense.
  15. Nice! Although it's looking good and I don't think I need one. It's holding a charge now.
  16. hahaa bacon! Thanks John. I think we have it covered but I'll let you know.
  17. Well then come on out this weekend, Mark.
  18. Yeah come load it up in mine before I go pay for some! (or I can pick up ) I don't need any more expenses this trip.
