  1. Yes Gil Nevarez. Rap already confirmed that's who he meant.
  2. What about Nevarez? Or does he only do LS and other american stuff?
  3. Steve is all about the RZR crash/ damage analysis lately.
  4. Yep. There may be a programming update for it. Won't know until we hook up to it. Ya know you could just call/text me or Jim next time.
  5. Ha! Join the club. Engineering has been working on a fix for months.
  6. Whats up red sweater. haha Are you talking about an informal place or someplace that will allow you to host an event on their property?
  7. I'm not considering anything about that weekend. This buggy trip would be a date farther into the season which would be determined once we got enough feedback/ interest.
  8. It would definitely be a non-holiday weekend when nobody is there. I don't intend on hitting any holidays this year.
  9. Just checking interest. For a while now I've been thinking it would be fun to have a dune trip where we could get a bunch of buggy guys together. Of course others from DDR would be invited as well, but I think it would be a great idea to try to get a bunch of buggy guys together for a trip where we could all run together for an entire weekend. It's always difficult to try and round up guys from different camps and go on a buggy run. People schedules never seem to be the same. That or sometimes I would like to meet up with certain guys but our weekends never coincide. Maybe if we set aside a designated weekend we could all camp together and get some really great runs in. Let me know what you think.
  10. Looks real nice, Andy. That's one helluva project!
  11. Yep, save yourself some time and hassle and just go buy a diesel and big a$$ trailer right now. That's what you'll end up buying in less than 2 years anyways. That is exactly what everyone I know has done including myself. But to answer your question, the Attitude looks nice and they make good trailers. Nice price too.
  12. Oh well that explains it. I wouldn't pull my trailer around the block without the bars hooked up. The bars are what make it a weight distribution hitch. Without them it's just a ball. Your truck was taking all that weight causing it to be unsafe. Hook the bars up and you'll be fine. It is a little intimidating at first to tow a house behind you, but after a while it's nothing.
  13. hahaa that's a decent summary of the summary so far except I have no idea what videos you are referring to though.
  14. Like Andy said, your truck should tow it. I'm curious why the pucker factor was high when you moved it. Were you using a weight dist hitch at the time? Trailer brakes? As long as all the proper equipment is used and set up properly, it shouldn't be sketchy at all. I have an 05 long bed crew cab Chevy Dmax and I tow a 35 ft "bumper pull" with zero issues. You might have to load some bikes in the truck bed which then you might want to run air bags because of the tongue weight you are starting out with. That V10 is gonna be working though! Just remember to take it slow. The dunes will always be there.
  15. Figured I'd post the official update over here as well in case anyone came up on this thread wondering about the update. Great News - AB 1595 Update We are excited to finally announce that the Governor has signed SB 234 which is the fix to AB 1595! It should go into effect immediately. The American Sand Association has been instrumental in working with Senator Walters' office on this issue. Even though this only effects vehicles made in 2013 or earlier, it helps all ROV users who have spent money on their SxS back seat modifications before AB 1595 passed. Please help us spread the word by reposting this and sharing with your fellow SxS users. -ASA
