I had the same idea I was going to recommend to Terry as well. I think it's a great idea for FoDD. But at the same time, any important information is already posted on our homepage, our FB page and of course this forum. Not trying to brag or anything, but this site gets the most traffic when it comes to the Dumont Dunes community. I have come to realize there isn't a very large part of the community that gives a damn enough to get involved. Pretty sad, but it's the truth. People just want to go have their fun and then b*tch about the fees and whatever else they think should be done about the place without getting involved.

I've heard there are a couple areas of interest along the road, but it's pretty much what it's title says. It's a dirt road with a bunch of christmas trees. Believe it or not, I still have yet to check it out. We'll probably take it back from Laughlin though as we are planning a dual sport ride there soon.

Awesome, Kyle. I agree, Coral is one of the best dune areas to ride out there. Add a little rain and it completely changes the whole riding experience. I love that place and miss it alot lately. Some of my best memories of that place are riding in the rain on my YZ250. Lots of hookup and every dune is a jump. Within the next year I plan to pickup another dirtbike to add to the collection of toys mostly for places like this. BEES! Ughh, I remember those too! Annoying. We would rig up soda traps for them back in the day. Worked pretty good...or at least it felt good to trap a couple.

Just spreading the word for the Dumont passes so it doesn't clog up the other thread sbout the DAC meeting. Here are some bits of helpful info regarding the Dumont passes for the new season. The new annual passes are $10 off if purchased during the month of September. I called the Barstow BLM to confirm and they ARE going to be at the SSSS in Costa Mesa selling the Dumont passes. Ahh crap. Our buddy Andy Frasco only comes to town every few months and this meeting has to be the same night he is performing? I already promised we would go so I don't know if I can make it. I will spread the word with the dual sport group I ride with. I bet a few of them might show up.

This screams 100% scam. I know because I get TONS of spam emails through the DDR email account and I have learned how these retards type. I can pick them out very easily now. There are many keywords in that email that is scam material.
