Yeah, notice that's what my pump stopped at and it didn't even click off/ full. I kinda doubt that guy's little tank would have been that expensive though even at $6/ gal.

See.... For real. About 45 minutes ago this dude was pumping $6.00/ gal Rocket race fuel into his Hyundai Santa Fe at Rebel. I'm not sure if he knew, but either way it made me laugh. I was gonna say something, but he was one of those old timers who looked too stubborn to even admit he shouldn't have been putting it in his miniature import SUV. At least it was unleaded.

Since the new forum software was installed a few months back, the mobile forum browsing app, Tapatalk, got removed. Well, now it has now been updated and reinstalled on the server. So in addition to the regular mobile version of DDR which some of you already use , you can now also surf DDR using the Tapatalk app. There are a couple more options offered thru Tapatalk that the mobile version of the board doesn't have and some people prefer that app for forum browsing. It's $2.99 for the full/ ad-free version in the app store or market so check it out if you want. The last time I was at Coral on a holiday it was pretty dead. It's not like it was about 5-6 years ago. People used to pack the meadow like sardines.

Not this week for me. I just got back from a ride and now I'm gonna pop in a movie and hold down the couch. Maybe next week. I don't know what happened to TT. As far as my situation...I quit going out as much to cut back on spending. Much cheaper to drink at home. Besides, less and less people were showing up when I made the attempt to make one happen. I'm usually down though if I don't have plans already so let's revive it!

In the first sentence of his post he said he doesn't have A/C. 1000-2000 will be just fine for lights and charging the batts. Just remember a toaster draws alot too if you make toast and crap.

Memorial weekend is not a popular weekend at Dumont. The "dune season" at Dumont is pretty much over by most until October. That weekend is usually very hot...like about 100 degrees. Some people still go, but duners usually head to cooler areas like up north; Coral Pink, Little Sahara, etc. I wouldn't expect many people at all for Memorial weekend out at D. If you go, bring plenty of water when out in the dunes.
