  3. So the last time I fired up the generator it was this summer sometime back in June or July. Now that I finally coughed up the cash for some new 6V batteries I was going to do some generator maintenance. Great, fuggin thing doesn't even prime now because the fuel pump took a giant Does anyone know how much Camping World gets for these things and if they usually have them in stock? They are about a hundy on ebay and many other places. http://compare.ebay....4=263602_304662 I'm gonna give them a call tomorrow. Just curious if anyone has had to change theirs recently and knows. If it's not one thing it's another. It's all the bullshiat like this that makes that first beer around the fire out at Dumont taste that much better once everything is finally all taken care of.
  4. We don't ever use the fresh water tanks for drinking. We only drink bottled water out there, even for the coffee pot. I'll look into those things you mentioned, Terry. That or try the bleach first. Thanks.
  5. A well? No, just the city of henderson's finest hard a$$ water from my water spigot.
  6. Is there anything you can put in the fresh water tanks to prevent calcium buildup? I usually don't let the tanks sit with water in them, but you can never drain them completely and calcium builds up in the water heater and fresh tanks.
  7. Great pics. Thanks for sharing. Oh sh*t! That's not good, Brian.
  8. haha yeah I have some funky patterns grooved into my sidewalls because those bolts.
  9. yep, you got it right. Not sure why it does that for you though.
  10. Fixed it for you. I'm not sure why it did that. Sweet video, Mike.
  11. I just read that they have taken him off sedation but he is still unconscious. It will take a while for it to wear off and he is battling a fever and phenomena which he is on antibiotics for. He has been moving his arms and legs though. Sounds like it is gonna be a slow recovery but he should pull through. Let's keep thinking positive thoughts for the guy!
  12. Piano bars are always way fun, especially with a group. We've been meaning to hit that place for a while now.
  13. I've got you covered, brother. Email me where to send the mag to and I'll get one out to u soon.
  14. Looks like local boy, TJ Lavin, ate it pretty hard yesterday during the BMX event at the Hard Rock. I hope he pulls through ok! http://www.fox5vegas.com/sports/25403601/detail.html
  15. I came up with a very simple fix to gain an additional 2 inches between the couch/beds in my hauler. I already had to strap the front suspension up to clear the beds and the front tires still rubbed the bolts causing some marks on my tires. The beds never really hugged the wall at the bottom when folded up. So all I did was modify the brackets to gain an extra inch on each side. I'm sure I'll still have to strap my front end together, but shouldn't have any problem pulling right in now!
  16. yep. The "edited by" line said so until you went back into your post to edit it.
