  12. Those are both good cameras that will do the job, but remember the real photo qaulity relys mostly in the lenses. I'd stick to a Canon, but that's just me. Either way, you will now have much more ability to get the pics you want with a DSLR camera. Good luck Jack!
  13. ahh man, sorry Vic. I didn't realize your reply was retailiation to rick. My bad. And here I thought I WAS letting you guys "play". Ends up I still get sh*t for playing daddy moderator. I only moved the post because there wasn't an MLK report and your post sounded like a recap of the weekend. Carry on with your guys' arguments about kneegrows, welare, Haiti, Osamabama or how much pride you have in your country, etc.
  14. I just want to get some more :atc: 70 Regatta items covered for those who are not up to date or aware of them. As far as rules go: 1) Every ATC 70 participant at the regatta (meaning riding the track on their 70, racing, show & shine, group 70 photo, etc) MUST be registered and have a 70 Regatta wristband on at all times. 2) Everyone who is riding/ participating must wear a helmet. 3) You do NOT need a flag, spark arrestor, current registration/OHV sticker on your ATC in camp or on the track, HOWEVER, you WILL need to be legal to ride over to vendor row for the group photo. 4) There will be absolutley NO drinking and riding tolerated during the event. 5) General camp rule: DON'T BE A JACKASS! Anything that is against the rules at Dumont is not allowed in camp. We all plan on partying and having a good time :drunks: , but please be courtious of others and keep noise levels down late at night. Also, please no fireworks, gas or sobe bombs in camp. BE COOL! 6) It is the participants responsibilty to be on time for whatever events/ races that are going on. RAGDOLL MX will on on the loud speaker all day announcing and blabbering about alot of unnecessary bullshit & jokes, so try and weed out the important stuff like when each event is beginning. Pay attention. Ya snooze ya lose! Event area/ Camp: 1) Everyone who is coming out to either participate, watch, hang out, whatever...is invited to pull right up and park/ camp with the whole group. That is part of the idea behind the 70 Regatta. It is a bunch of ATC 70 enthusiants and DDR/ GD people getting together to camp/ park together for a weekend of good times. 2) We need to make camp pretty big since we have so many people coming in so try and pull up somewhat close to the next guy and keep it tight. If you need help parking or have any questions don't be afraid to ask someone at the 70 regatta in camp for help. What to bring: 1) firewood is you have any 2) extra tables/ chairs for lunch time at Smokin Al's 3) If you plan on getting there early enough to help on Friday with the track setup, please bring your shovels, rakes, cones, hay bails, CONES, etc....anything that will help put together a killer track! Registration/ Sign In: Around 8 AM we will have a registration tent set up in camp. This is where everyone will go to meet for the event. You will pickup your Regatta wristband, t-shirts, and stickers at sign in. We plan to have complimentary Saxby's coffee and some donuts for everyone. Lunch: Smokin Al's BBQ will be serving up his awesome pulled pork and tri tip sandwiches for lunch. The cost is a very minimal donation (probably like 5-6 bucks per person) and will include a bag of chips. You don't want to miss out on his really great food. Schedule of Events: can be found here: http://www.dumontduneriders.com/70cc-regat...nual/index.html Classes: stock class: stock bore, 70cc modified: up to 88cc unlimited: over 88cc **each class has unlimited mods allowed, even nitrous** **classes are broken down into cc, regardless of mods** If anyone has ANY comments, questions, smart a$$ remarks, bad things to say about RAGDOLL MX, etc...feel free to post them up. YIAH There's probably things I am forgetting and will add later, but thats all for tonight. Lookin forward to it! :atc: :porn:
  15. Stacey would like some more info about Caleb's weiners.
  16. yeah I know huh. "offroad regatta" That doesn't even make sense. Oh well, doesn't matter. :atc:
  17. If it's pouring the river crossing will be flowing pretty good, but you should be fine. Just expect some potholes from the water. There was only one time I remember ever not being able to get across, Prez weekend 05. People were sitting on the entrance road for like 3-4 hours. Ever since they expanded the concrete it has been fine, although we haven't had a crazy rain like in we did 05 since...well....05.
  18. umm, joke of the day? We have a thread for that, vaJJ! wait, this isn't a joke because it's fuggin stooopid I want my 2 minutes of life back! I did, however, laugh at junior's serious a$$ post. :porn:
  19. What up Caleb! Long time no see. Pretty cool on the new biz. Good luck bud.
  20. I don't think we ever mentioned it online, bur I talked about it with some people like Cole and skinner. We could rig the track up with some lights for night time races. :atc:
  21. There's probably 29 topics about this if you did a search. Verizon works 95% of the time in most places. I haven't heard of AT&T working out there though.
  22. Hope he had insurance on everything. That's never good to hear.
