What a GREAT weekend! I can't thank everyone enough. I truly appreciate each and every person that came out to the poker run that participated, volunteered, and donated towards the event. Even though times are tough right now, the Dumont community still came through as always! It went very smooth this year and everyone we talked with really enjoyed it. I think that mystery spot was a kickass idea this year and really gave everyone an added bonus & challange. The weather was very cooperative and the dunes were great. After the poker run we managed to get quite a few really sweet runs in. This weekend is exactly what I needed. I missed the rest of our usual crew as some of them coudn't make it out , but it was still a great weekend with great friends. :drunks: :ahhhhh: Oh yeah...and the new car made me very happy this weekend. Absolutley flawless! :ahhhhh: More to come later. I'm beat! ...to be continued :booty:

I know I know. b370 took some pics so I will get them up as soon as I get them from him. Thanks Pat. But to tell you the truth, I still didn't even use R or need it much out at D. I keep trying telling everyone that the Busa's don't ever need it. Some people think it's a necessity.

I was extremely impressed with everything about it. We absolutley love it! This car has a ton of power, handles awesome, and is super comfy. It didn't take long for me to get used to it either. I was shredding dunes and pulling wheelies in no time. Thanks again, Mathew, for the killer deal and for dialing in one kickass duning car. I'm glad it doesn't just LOOK nice. lol It flatout hauls the mail and is reliable as hell. I am really happy with it, brother. :ahhhhh:

Yes it is still there. It accepts credit crads and exact cash only. It does not give change. It also only sells the weekly passes- no annual passes. And it is $40 that weekend.

Wow, that's really scary. You just never know. I hope he pulls through and makes a full recovery. He will be in my thoughts, David.

Just a quick note for any volunteers that are helping us out this year: please meet at registration at 7:45-8 AM. We should have everything covered, but (just in case we run short) if anyone would like to be some backup help such as an hour or 2 manning a checkpoint, or if you can haul items to and from a checkpoint, or help signing people up...please meet up at the registration booth early as well. Any and help is appreciated. It takes alot of bodies to make this poker run happen. This years's poker run should be even better than last years!

Damn Woods, sorry to hear that. He seemed to be in such great shape last week. Maybe he was a lil too excited and forgot how old he was. lol Hope he heals up fast.

Do not go surfing the internet looking for one to submit. You cannot post any copyrighted pics. Let's just try and be honest about it. (We aren't gonna get that serious about this anyways) 2. The picture must not have any watermarks or logos on it. 3. The picture must be at least 600 x 600 pixels. It will be displayed on the home page if it wins the most votes so therefore we would like it to be a decent size picture. 4.
