  1. Well it IS his wife's truck. Nick now you know how a toyhauler would treat that thing. :ah:
  2. Dumont stripper news brought to you by our very own, d*ck cheese. Who else would you expect to find this stuff? Good job ma facka. :clown:
  3. Sweet looking car fo sho. Will swing by if we end up going!
  4. DVR'd! Wish I could have been there for some
  5. Damn, there goes all the nighttime fun at comp. j/k So, as of right now, nudity at Dumont is legal??? :ah: I have to admit, I have been one of those stripper pole spectators late at night at comp, but we have always moved on real quick after visiting those kinds of crowds. It's kinda funny & entertaining at first, but it becomes a deuche-fest real fast. It goes against what the dunes are all about in the first place. Wierd that in that article they referred to Lynette Elser of the BLM as "Lynne Else". The state of California should ban stupidity and make common sense mandatory. Think of how many people would get kicked out of the dunes.
  6. I would be but my last check was pure crap and I gotta watch my pennies this week. I'll probably be throwing some back at home again this week. Your welcome to come by though Brice.
  7. Great pics, Jodi. Looks like you guys had a good weekend with the usual Jill & Charlie antics. :clown: I wish we could have made it up there this summer, but we had different priorities this year. Damn Mike...you hit another rail? :boat: Is the car ok? Steve, those canyons are always fun to try and power out of. I actually like that challenging, technical stuff. lol Like you said, it's tough though with the power loss and all. I used to rejet for up there, but now I just stay hard on the gas to clean her out and deal with it. Happy birthday Jackie. What better way to spend it?
  8. Great idea, however not all the vendors are there every holiday nor are they always in the same spot everytime. Well even though I started this topic looknig for vendor info, I'll still add my 2 cents to that. lol I think it's the best thing that ever happened to vendor row. It's much better over where it is, not to mention way safer now. There's still plenty of camping back behind vendor row for those that like to be along the edge of the plateau.
  9. Some of you may have seen our new Vendor Row Directory link on the homepage. http://www.dumontduneriders.com/vendor-row.html If you or someone you know are a vendor at Dumont and would like to be listed in the directory FREE OF CHARGE, please e-mail me your company information to pete@dumontduneriders.com and we will get it up asap. We've put this directory together for the duners but also to show our support for the vendors who continue to go out to Dumont year after year. They make our weekend a much better experience and help us out a ton.
  10. Last night we headed out to the dry lake bed to enjoy the kickass weather and watch the lightening storms to the south. They were dying down as the night went on, but we managed to get a couple pics on long exposure. We also had some fun with my cel phone and a flashlight drawing random stuff to see if it would come out. They came out pretty good I think! the smeared lights are cars in the distance on the highway using my cel phone... Anna's favorite band... using my LED flashlight Here's Anna's. Then she drew a monkie! kickass clouds with the city glow make it look like the bottom of a planet full moon wearing a bra on my head seems to be a tradition latley chillen with mexi Ed (no I'm not as hammered as I look in this pic LOL) We stayed out there till almost 3 AM. The weather was so nice!
  11. helllllz yeah there will be another one. :atc: 2nd annual 70cc regatta will probably be either in January or early Feb this year. Last year it was 2 weeks after Pres weekend. I think this year we'll have it 2 weeks before for some cooler weather. This year's should be just as great, if not better, than last year's!
  12. bumped and pinned to remind everyone of this next weekend
  13. It's looking like opening weekend will be my first trip back to D. Last year was a little warm during the day, but it ended up being a great weekend overall. Anyone else planning on that weekend yet? I can't wait to get back out there. The buggy is just about ready and dialed in. Now I just gotta do a little quad maintenance. 4 more weeks! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?
  14. I like how you positioned it in the handicap spot for the final pic. :ogp: Did ya do that on purpose?
  15. Lookin good Trav. :ogp: It doesn't stay on the outside. It's only for cutting and fitment, then it goes on the inside. lol
  16. step the eff away! Get outta here! :tweeker:
  17. Man, I'm so sorry to hear that Jr. What kind of clinic was this? Very scary stuff. My condolences to you and his family. Let us know if you need anything.
  18. "hey man let's open it up and see what's inside. WWWHUHUHUWWWHOA...what's all that chit, mANg???" ok, its not a VCR. It's Woody's surround unit that they were trying to fix. Reminded me of that smiley though and I got a kick out of it.
  19. Our Tech 2's have never worked on Chryslers. Nick, Jim has a universal code reader that I'm sure he'll let ya plug in.
  20. When we went to LS, we didn't go through Nephi. It kinda seemed a little out of the way. Jackster got to check it out though. Going north, Delta is the last place to fill up other than a small gas station/ market on the 6. I don't remember what town it is in though. Maybe Lynndyl. Delta has some places to eat, a couple gas stations, and I wanna say I even saw a Yamaha dealer just on the outside of town heading north. The elevation isn't too power robbing up there. You shouldn't even have to change jets. I never did and had no problems. There are a couple spots to get up and over sand mountain, but the I love the trails leading around it to the back where the dunes are. The trails are a blast. White sands is a huge area to check out, but gets pretty boring as the dunes arent very easy flowing like Dumont. They are really small and hard to read during the middle of the day. They are easily white washed since they are, well....white. lol Their vendor row is pretty nonexistant up there compared to Dumont or Glamis. lol It's small but theres a couple vendors that sell food, ice, and whatever. Not sure if they will be there on an off weekend though. There is fresh water spickets throughout the camp area at sand mountain. As for dump stations, there are some at the white sands and jericho campgrounds a little farther up the road.
  21. yes there will be one. As a matter of fact some things were just discussed last week and it is looking like the 2nd annual poker run will be Nov 14th. More info will be posted up soon.
  22. what comment? are you having a jr1208 moment and feel the need to post no matter what?
