  2. ummm....good luck. Unless you "know people" there really isn't any way of getting around it. Your truck will fail for a tamper inspection if you do not have one.
  3. :poop_hittin_the_fan: man some of those came out even better than I thought they were gonna! awesome...hahaaa Best trip EVER!
  4. I agree. Trust me...we'd be the first ones to own one if they weren't so damn crazy and flung so much poo. :poop_hittin_the_fan:
  5. Sandblast badass duning video Give it Gas ok, but gets kinda boring- its mostly just drags at Glamis Glamis Gone Wild- :poop_hittin_the_fan: ok at first, but over it Dust to Glory - badass documantary movie and highly reccomend watching it if you haven't yet Travis Pastrana Nitro Circus 1-4 and I think 5 is almost out: ALL A MUST SEE Crusty Chronicles (Crusty 1-10 all in one combined DVD) : awesome DVD as well Sand Addiction the movie: pretty good Let me know if you wanna borrow any of these, Brian. You are welcome to them as long as I get em back within a couple weeks or so. Hey we should start a video rating page on the site rating quad/ rail videos using and 's
  6. Tuners aren't all that bad if you know how to use them and don't go overboard. Yes I am running a hypertech on stage 2 and always watch my EGT's and drive accordingly. I wouldn't add any more boost though beyond a mild programmer. That just me though. I like to play it safe. Its not worth it going more HP, boost, timing, etc.
  7. Wow, very cool except that I will also be in Cali that weekend. :poop_hittin_the_fan:
  8. :poop_hittin_the_fan: ok ok, THIS is actually our monkey. Its a brass monkey (ok it a brass chimp/ not a monkey but close enough)
  9. Very cool. Glad you had a great trip. I kinda thought like you except about Dumont being the ONLY place to ride until I went to GLAMIS. They are both such great places and have their own strong points. I love em both though and plan to do the same as you and mix it up a lil bit next season. :poop_hittin_the_fan: That weather was indeed wierd. One minute it was calm, then it was all crazy windy for a short while like Fri night.
  10. Sweet. You guys can save me a spot then. :poop_hittin_the_fan: I probably won't get there till friday night.
  11. Where did you get that from? I'm not buying a boat anytime soon. I have enough friends that have boats now I don't think I will EVER need one. :poop_hittin_the_fan: and why did you appologize? I was the one who ALSO bumped this thread up not that long ago.
  12. Looking very good Yosh. :poop_hittin_the_fan: I can't beleive how big that bad boy is.
  13. When you're dumping can't you tell when it has stopped flowing through the tube without a clear tube? I know I can. Just my 2 piece...oh I mean 2 cents. :poop_hittin_the_fan:
  14. chitty, Tim. At least its at the end of the season though and not right smack dab in the middle. Don't you have an extra motor already though?
  15. Those are big bucks! :poop_hittin_the_fan: So is the alternator conversion. Pain in the a$$. cool. I will keep that in mind. thnaks That would be a good alternative should I need more juice. yep, internal ballast. Thats what caught my eye with these.
  16. Heck no. Paddles all the way. Especially on a 2 wheeler. It's SOFT there.
  17. I might even have to drop a ton of cash and get these. I have heard really good about these. They're like twice the price though. :freakin_nuts: https://www.bajadesigns.com/net/mainframe2....category=TRKBGY
  18. I was thinking the same thing, Randy. My only concern is powering them up. HID's take less to run, but their initial surge when powering up is quite a power spike. My last HID's actually killed the ignition and shut the motor off on the Busa. :freakin_nuts: (the stock stator is pretty weak) Larry at SSC told me that Jumuji car did the same thing. I think the HID's we both used were a tad different though from these though. Most Trail Techs I have seen seem to power up slowly. The cheaper set of HID's I had before (Eagle Eye knock offs) would actually flicker really bright right away rather than start dim then grow bright. I am hoping these work fine with my car, otherwise I will do whatever it takes: even bigger battery, run a larger stator, whatever. It looks like I am not the only one who was looking at these :freakin_nuts: http://www.glamisdunes.com/invision/index....c=126299&hl
  19. I am considering running the Trail Tech SC4 Eclipse HID's on my sand car. The halogon "super white" lights just don't cut it for me. I really miss my HID's. These are small and Trail Tech makes an awesome light. I think they might work out great. I can't find any other company that makes smaller HID's that will work and look right on my car. Has anyone had any experience with these lights yet? They are pretty new so I figured I'd ask. http://trailtech.net/single_hid_sc4.html
  20. yep all good things so far: leaf blower, electric tongue jack, pizzaz, etc I also use my 18V cordless drill with a 3/4 socket on the end for the stabilizer jacks. Saves LOTS of time raising and lowering the jacks. :freakin_nuts: Lets see what else...a second coffee pot, toaster, and kitchen stuff just for the hauler. Oh and can't forget DDR stickers. :freakin_nuts:
  21. PIMP! :freakin_nuts: Looks great Tyler. After all the crap you gave Kenny, now your garage looks just like his! :freakin_nuts: I'm still jealous. haha What do they charge for something like that? DDR pricing? :eatdrink021:
  22. very cool :freakin_nuts: So did you drive both trucks up at the same time with the one on the back? It also looks like you have a perfect 60/40 split in weight distribution. :freakin_nuts:
