It looks like we will have much cooler temps this year...THANK GOD! :beer_bang: weather forecast for cleanup weekend It was like 113+ degrees last year with record highs that were just rediculous. Everybody was scroungin for shade! :beer_bang:

No no no, I used my own funds (basically $$$ that is taken in from site sponsors who pay to advertise on here) to purchase the shirts. That money always goes right back into the site in one way or another. The money that was donated from you guys is used for raffle prizes which I will be picking up starting this weekend. I knew you were kidding, but still wanted to clarify that. He meant the shirts Steve is SELLING (Sandcrazd t-shirts). He wants to pick up some of THOSE. Come on! :beer_bang:

Last time I saw Bad religion (at the Joint) it wasn't that great. I just couldn't get into it.

This year I have teamed up again with Sandcrazd to get some shirts made up for those DDR members who come out for the cleanup. It is just another way of saying thanks for coming out and helping as a group that care. Steve at Sandcrazd came through big time this time around. I made the last minute phone call on Wednesday to see if he was interested in doing them again this year and he had 150 shirts made up 24 hours later! Steve is a great guy who is a duner himself and also cares about keeping Dumont clean. He donated his time and materials to make the shirts, his graphics guy (ALSO a rider) donated his time and work as well, and I bought the shirts to be printed on. So here is what you do to get your shirt. Simply go over to vendor row and see Steve at Sandcrazd. Just tell him you are from DDR and you are there for the cleanup and he'll give you your free DDR/ Sandcrazd cleanup shirt. Its that simple. Shirts are limited so gets yours as soon as you get there. They go to the first 150 people. While your there check out his shirts and stuff. He has some great designs and really nice dune clothing. If anything, just say hi. Was all good. We shared some good laughes about some stupid chit. Pauly's past helped out in that department. brake cleaner, mountain side, balloon knots, flap jacks....ok I'll stop now. All in all it was a great night. It was great seeing everyone, especially Dave and Justin and of course all the regulars. Justin, nice to finally kill the drama. That chit was gettin soooopid. Barefoot bob is really slackin these days! DEEDLE DEE Well here are are again wrapping up another week long episode of "As the Sand Blows". This week has been a rather long one. It started out with most of the admins and friends out at Glamis. We returned to find suzltr450rider trying to host a "parents are outta town" party in general chat. I believe a few moderators showed up (stalteri and lvnalolife) and drank all his beer though. Oh...and I think DuneJNKY puked and passed out before anyone showed up too! richardcheese is gonna go postal on the post office cause he hasn't gotten his latest issue of Sand Addiction. I think string cheese will keep him occupied in the meantime showing him how to crest a razorback. SandSaw wants to ride with some fast riders, but with his buddy britincali stirring the pot about slow QWADS, I think we all managed to ruin that plan in a matter of a day or so. RAGDOLL MX hasn't been heard from since March 3rd where he was somewhere in Texas at that time. He has probably developed the shakes by now driving all that way with no fix of DDR. I think the only thing keeping him going at this point as he drives across the US is the badgerbadgerbadger CD that keeps looping over and over in the CD player. skyz is gonna pimp out warrior07 as dune porter and many MORE new business venture ideas. powerhouse is just trying to be good. barefoot bob dynoed his car but missed out on some extra HP when he forgot to let his azzcrack hang out while barefoot what? nighttime is killing everyone with suspense as he posts secret ride spots. cdavego just wants to say whatup peeps Who the hell is Casey Mears and who cares he was at Dumont? You can bum a bike from me cleanup weekend if ya want. I plan on mostly picking up trash, hanging out, and cruisin the DMax around with an ice chest anyways that weekend. You know you have a place to crash too ya know.

So we are now into March and that means its gonna start getting warm pretty soon...booo. How many more trips does everyone plan on doing? I am looking to do 2 more (cleanup weekend then 2 weeks later a guys trip for Pauly's bachelor party) then I am done with Dumont trips for the season. Then it's time for those EARLY summer morning epic rides.
