  1. Hmm, aux inputs on a regular deck for a DVD player sounds like a good idea. That way the surround speakers can can still be used for the sound. I wonder if I can get a deck that has surround though.
  2. Yeah that thing has like no freakin droop at all. :freakin_nuts:
  3. Thats funny. Except that isn't where "el presidente" is gonna be! :freakin_nuts: Close though!
  4. Does that car deck play DVD's though? My TV hooks into a video RCA jack on the wall which is wired to the POS DVD/CD/radio head unit. The head unit also has a tv tuner as well, but I don't even care about that. I have never watched local tv stations in my hauler. The sound for the DVD or whatever is played through the surrounded speakers that are mounted in the cieling and outside the hauler.
  5. Say what? 320 grand???? What rail was THIS and who told you THAT? I'll reassure you, I have nowhere near 320 grand in my rail or even 50 for that matter. I understand everything has a price. I am willing to pay for qaulity, but I don't need a camera that high in quality.
  6. bring it where? We have an alignment rack at the dealership.
  7. now thats just stupid talk right there Yeah I am leaning towards that Canon SD1000.
  8. dumb question, but have you tried the chevy dealership yet?
  9. It's looking like I might have to get custom if I want anything of quality. This is so stupid. What do ya want in a toyhauler for 30 grand right!!?? This is the closest thing I have found. http://www.b2loud.com/items/item331.htm
  10. oh ok. I thought that MIGHT have been the one you were referring to but I wasn't sure. Thanks Mike. I think I might pick that one up this week so I have it for Dumont this weekend.
  11. Man I'd love to but I won't have the rail out this weekend. Thanks though.
  12. Rob that camera is badass! It's a tad more than I want to spend though. That and I wouldn't be comfortable throwing that in my pocket on a dune ride.
  13. Yes, absolutely. I would rent them my hauler for about $28,000 and tell them to keep it after the weekend is over.
  14. Damn! Cool pics. You guys really do it up for Halloween huh!
  15. Thanks Tyler. They are fairly quite for mud terrains. You can still hear them, but they really aren't any louder than the Toyo MT's. At 40 mph when you are just cruising they seem kinda loud, but all other speeds they are pretty quite. I like em.
  16. No way. There isn't that many that usually show on any weekend. The BLM reports number s of 120,000 for the YEAR, so I would say MAYBE 30,000-40,000 at the most on a very busy holiday. hell yeah welcome to the site. Hope to see ya at the meet and greet. New faces are always a pleasure.
  17. Hey Mike, what camera are you talking about?
  18. It's gonna be interesting to see how busy Prez weekend gets out there this year. I doubt it will be anything like last years. Seems like ever since T-Day the holidays have been pretty dead. I wonder if it's cause the extra 20 whole dollars for holiday weekends. Ahh either way...I can't wait. I should be pulling in Friday later afternoon or night.
  19. Thats what I was thinking. And its like less than 200 bucks!
  20. OK so it looks like I have narrowed it down to a couple cameras. I have been researching some reviews. I REALLY like the fact that this one (Olympus) is very shock and waterproof, but it doesn't seem to have a very good flash and photo quality might be slightly less than that of the Canon SD750 or 1000 and is much more expensive. And then the Canon SD1000 seems like a very good camera, is small, and even pretty affordable for the quality camera you get. Any help to sway my decision would be appreciated.
  21. As you requested...here ya go stalteri920. ^that's actually Paully Paul I'll see about getting some printed up into stickers soon. and for all the others...
  22. So to find the south pole...piece of cake huh?
  23. Actually I think toyhaulers get colder than tents when the heater quits working! It's not they are insulated worth a damn. I agree on the blankets though. Last trip I was prepared just in case the heat didn't work. We had like 5 blankets on top of us. It was pretty cozy even with no heat.
