  1. Craig you must have driven pretty far outside of Vegas to find trees like that! nice! Did you get that VCR comepletely taken apart and rebuilt too before 1:30am??? :porn: wtf you doing up at 1:03 AM! . Don't you go to work at like 4 or 5 am?
  2. Never been there, however the roads near my house in Henderson are fairly new. The entrance road into Dumont as of last weekend is in excellent condition in my opinion.
  3. Glad to hear everything went pretty much ok w/ the car, Mark. Hope to see ya Prez weekend.
  4. The best part about this tip is that you can just throw a pack of firecrackers right under your buddies a$$ and they will light right up! Ask wingnut! :porn:
  5. Just got home from Discount. I got the 305/60/18 BFG M/T KM2's. So far they ride great and aren't too loud. For mud terrains they are pretty quiet. They don't look too different from my Toyo MT's I had previously. I think they actually fit better. They don't look as wide. Overall I'm happy. The only downfall is that I had to pay extra for these tires (if I wanted them today) because Discount had to get them from a different supplier here in town. Otherwise my truck would have been sitting down there till Monday for them to be ordered. So in the end it was another $169 MORE for a grand total of $1506.66. :porn: Anyone who is ever thinking of getting 18's or even 20's.....punch yourself in the face and stick with 16's or 17's. It would hurt as bad as replacing tires on larger wheels. I'll take some pics tomorrow in the daylight. No, you can fit way more tire under a stock truck with a few turns of the torsions. 33x12.50's (or 305/60x18's fit) no problem with some minor trimming.
  6. haha, I remeber this thread. Maybe it was the same people that ran that guy off the road in Bakersfield with the DDR sticker on their truck!
  7. I haven't even watched it yet. I'll let you know whenever I get it on DVD.
  8. ahh damn you- you edited it to say re- repost the same time I posted!
  9. no actually it's a re-repost That's it...your're banned, redswr! ok, maybe not this time around
  10. Well, first off I'd like to thank lvnalolife for the hookup at Discount through his buddy. BUT, one big problem....the 305x65x18's rub....bad. I thought the 305's would only be a SMIDGE bigger (about a 1/4") than my 33x12.5x18's and not rub because they are about a 1/4" narrower as well. I thought I'd have no problem....WRONG. The tires hit the metal part of my rockers- gay! I'm not about to start hacking up my truck. It already has the fender liner trimmed and that is as far as I'm going. :no_no: Luckily the guys down there are cool and are gonna help me out. I had to leave my truck there because they didn't have any tires in stock that would work. Oh well I guess. It looks like I might try out the new BFG KM2's. They make a 305x60x18. That is basically the same exact size as my 33x12.50 Toyos I had before. I wanted to go with a A/T tire this time, but it looks like I have to go with a M/T if I wanna stay with a 33. They don't make the A/T in the 60 series for some reason. I have a headache. This has not been my week.
  11. Well whatever you do Kristin...no direct links ok? These pics are pushing the limits bad enough.
  12. It's off the 160 (hwy to Pahrump). Where are you coming from? http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&...c=addr&om=0
  13. You're just trying to make me the one who gives away the directions to the south pole!
  14. I think he was gonna offer to sell you the motor and was wondering if your pcm would work with that motor.
  15. fuggin QUAD wheels! nice
  16. I get those all the time and just delete them. spam!
  17. Hey Sam, look back in this thread. I think you already posted up your rides. I had to look for myself. It was started a long azz time ago.
  18. I know the area pretty good around Dumont and I have no idea where those pics are taken at. I'd like to make a clearly drawn-up map of the boundaries of the area and where commonly used trails are being used. This way we can try to inform people that just because the trails are there doesn't mean they are open for travel.
  19. Doesn't look like it according to the map. The rock/sand piles are in bounds and it is right next to them. same size I'll mess around with it tonight
  20. It's 12V. I was looking for a replacement that isn't so custom.
  21. Thank you Woody. I'll see what I can do to make a clearer pic or map. Send me over if you get any more detailed ones. (I got the e-mail too). Where is that pic of the orange fence taken?
  22. Has anyone replaced their wall mounted CD/DVD/TV/ radio unit in their t/h yet? I have had nothing but problems ever since my hauler was new with this POS. With mine...either it doesn't turn on, or the volume cannot be controlled at times, or the thing just wigs out on its own sometimes. I hate it and wanna replace it with a good quality unit that has all the functions this one has...ie: suuround, subwoofer hook ups, outside and inside speaker controls, etc. Am I dreaming here or is it possible to find a good one? I'm not gonna mount a big azz receiver either. (although that would be cheaper ) I found a couple topics on rv.net that list a couple units but Im not sure about them. It seems I am not the only one who thinks they suck.... http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseacti...id/20106716.cfm http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseacti...id/20371418.cfm Any help is appreciated.
