Holy crap. That was awesome! It looks like it busted a fuelline and had an electric fuel pump that just kept pumping fuel to the fire ....literally! Good save though...I think.

Kristin, I have heard different things from different BLM employees. Unfortunatley I don't think you are gonna get a "set in stone" answer for those things until this whole mess is fixed.

I know there are some places out at the speedway that can, but I don't know the names. Sorry Mike. My buddy who owns/ runs Gear Works out there would know someone. I'll see if I can get a hold of him and find out a place.

Thats horrible, Bob. You are a stand up guy for doing everything you could. I can't believe the guy in the van would take off. It goes to show how much society has degraded throughout time. Try not to think of it too much. There isn't much you could have done above what you already did.

Next time just tell them to go on here and read the info for themselves and that all the info posted on the DDR homepage is either directly FROM the BLM or checked for accuracy from other very reliable sources before it is posted up. Well the toys aren't loaded, but they are all fueled & ready. I fueled everything up tonight because fuel prices are supposed to sky rocket over the next week or so. I wanted to save every dollar I could before the increase. (Work has been slow as helllll. )

I didn't know either. So I had to look it up....

A little over a week to go and I'm already gettin that itch! I can't wait. The truck, hauler and toys are already fueled and ready to go.

VEGASHD- How do you figure I took offense? I don't edit things on this board because they offend ME. I don't care if it is from American history facts or not. Yes I understand that it was a project from back in history. That specific term violates the rules of this board that you agreed to upon registration. So please don't think I was offended. I'm just doing my job by moderating the board. Trust me- it's not a fun job and I'd rather not be the one doing it but I really don't have much choice in the matter. Sorry, but I read it quickly and maybe the term could have been left alone this time around, but it's hard to know what and when to edit things before they turn into a giant political debate.

It seems the OHV stickers are also gonna be a headache for a bit just like the passes are. Here is what I got back from the BLM... Our contractor used to sell but we, the Feds can not. Sand Crazed and Quad Mania sold last year and may continue. Also our off site vendors at Baker and Las Vegas are stocking them. I am working on trying to get a cash vendor at the access station, who may sell green stickers. Hopefully I can get it all to come together to better serve our customer.
