They aren't really calling it paved. Is it any worse than how it was on kickoff weekend? (10/5 - 10/7) I didn't think it was bad at all that weekend.

As I mentioned before when you or someone asked, many of the old attachments got deleted on accident from the server. ISBB is working on getting them back anyway we can.

Thats messed up Tim. The other day when you said you needed the Transplants CDs burned, I thought you meant those were the only two that were missing. Bert told me that it was ALL of them. :wedgie: Did you have alot of people in your hauler this last trip? Or do you think someone got into your stuff and stole them? I know there was another incident out there in another camp where some guys tried to break into a truck and were caught. There is nothing worse than people disrespecting you or your stuff. I know the feeling. I hope you get them back one way or another.

I was just using Funco as an example of a car that alot of people think is ugly but is one of the BEST handling cars out there. It was actually a compliment. :wedgie: If you go back and read your brothers post, "HE" would be the "a-hole" as you put it in this situation. He was the one who started "bashing" the looks of Yoshis cars. Lighten up, man. :no_no: I was only stating my opinion of Tom Pro. That was all. I am just playin it by ear. I will be making as many trips as I can afford. Holiday weekends and as many in between as possible. Even if I can't swing full weekends I'll be doing plenty of day trips like I always do. :wedgie: Those are the best riding trips anyways.

OK we get it- you don't like the look of Yoshi's cars. That is just a matter of preference. Alot of guys could go on and on about how ugly Funco's cars are too, but that doesn't mean they are bad cars by any means. :boyyy: We're talking about who builds decent mini rails as in quailty, not just looks.

yep and I know a pretty good source where he got most his research info from. :boyyy: You can't go wrong with SSC, King, or Tom Pro. I'm sure Sinister is a damn good builder too, I just haven't talked with any owners yet. I would of ranked Tom Pro up there as the best, but to tell you the truth after this last weekend I swear by Larry's cars now. (SSC) I put that car through so much abuse and it handled it like it was nothing. Not one broken part all weekend except for a couple rivets that broke on the wing truck hinge. No big deal though. The car did amazing. I am STILL stoked.

Halloween is always pretty packed, but by the looks of the pics I have taken on previous weekends out there I'd have to say there are a little bit more duners on Prez Day weekend. pics from Halloween 06.... Prez day 07...

:boyyy: Here's my 2 cents: Save the money that was wasted on a Rhino and spend it on a rolling chassis (mini rail). Throw that 1000 in the rail and still save thousands of $$ and have a much better handling machine. Granted that Rhino is sick as hell, but it's still a Rhino minus the 4WD (more than likely). They just ruined the only good part of a Rhino- being able to rock crawl it. To each their own though. Like I said....thats just my 2 cents. Sorry Paul.

Derblank, who cares what anyone thinks. I used to sleep on a flat bed trailer, in a tent, in my pickup, in my Tahoe, etc and didn't care what anyone thought because I was at the dunes and that is all that mattered. Bring out the horse trailer. Hell.....bring out the horses and put paddle shoes on them! :boyyy: I don't think most people out there would judge you anyways. To tell you the truth most of the guys that have spent 30K plus on their trailers would probably think it is a really good idea.

I heard her say ok over there we have upper class, middle class over here, and lower class over there. Not true by any means. There are many different camps out there. There isn't just one DDR camp. It doesn't matter what you have, most of the people on this site don't discriminate or even care wtf you have. I have found that some people that don't have 300K motorhomes and expensive rails tend to beleive that for some reason. I know I don't though. Hell, I might even be downgrading my chit soon. I guess I will be lower class if I do that. Class has nothing to do with money or kind of toyhauler or motorhome you have. :boyyy:

I've never camped there, but I would have to say more than 30 trailers on a holiday weekend. When I come down the hill into that valley on a holiday weekend, even Little Dumont is packed.
