  1. I have found the best way to get a ride is being in the right place at the right time. The problem with that is usually most of the seats are already taken in the rails that leave camp, but if you end get to know some of the people at Dumont on a first name basis it makes it a little easier to be in "that right place at the right time". :beer_bang:
  2. :beer_bang: Nice clip, Terry. When did that get posted? I don't remember ever seeing that on their site shortly after the cleanup. :beer_bang:
  3. just goes to show that even if I post something on the homepage, people still don't know about it :beer_bang: j/k tanner South Pole, Saturday, 2 PM see ya there? :beer_bang:
  4. I haven't even been following that whole deal. Can someone explain what has been going on lately with that murderer?
  5. yes it was mentioned earlier that some guy from Oklahoma won it.
  6. I'm gonna try and make it. I thought I'd help spread the word. Cornerstone is a really decent local band here in Vegas. Jason was the drummer who was killed. show info.... more info @ KOMP: http://www.komp.com/skin/graphic.php?secti...ontentId=664106 Here's what happened.....
  7. The red car is their latest frame design, the yellow car is their earlier model.
  8. It looks like all they did was add a B pillar and the 2 bars in the back. It's rediculous how much they copied though.... SandFever SSC I understand that builders use each other's ideas and there is only so much you can do to be different, but come on!
  9. Yes there are some differences....very small ones. I didn't say there weren't any. But the frame design and suspension is almost exactly the same. They added a B pillar and some plated crap at the corners of the cage, but for the most part the frame and suspension is exactly the same. They didn't copy their method, they copied their design.
  10. Nice. Took a day off work to go duning. Thats awesome. Did you take any pics?
  11. That pretty much exactly what this builder did too from what I heard. The owner bought a Short Sand car a few years ago (per SSC) and then basically copied almost everything from thier design and are now selling these cars. (Sand fever) gee...look familair? (SSC) I took a pretty close look at those Sand Fever cars and even the suspension looked identical to a SSC. I guess alot of builders are copying each other these days.
  12. I'll do it since he hasn't yet. I said something earlier about that.
  13. yes, lots of people cruise around with the kids in the back of pickups or on flatbed trailers (kinda like floats in a parade, lol) and go camp to camp trick or treating on Saturday night. :freakin_nuts:

  16. Sweet video. Those trial bikers are the sh*t. :freakin_nuts:
  17. nope, but there were some really tall buggies that apeared to have a 1/4 inch of droop in their suspension.
  18. I'm gonna............... keep my mouth shut this time.
