  1. The red car is their latest frame design, the yellow car is their earlier model.
  2. It looks like all they did was add a B pillar and the 2 bars in the back. It's rediculous how much they copied though.... SandFever SSC I understand that builders use each other's ideas and there is only so much you can do to be different, but come on!
  3. Yes there are some differences....very small ones. I didn't say there weren't any. But the frame design and suspension is almost exactly the same. They added a B pillar and some plated crap at the corners of the cage, but for the most part the frame and suspension is exactly the same. They didn't copy their method, they copied their design.
  4. Nice. Took a day off work to go duning. Thats awesome. Did you take any pics?
  5. That pretty much exactly what this builder did too from what I heard. The owner bought a Short Sand car a few years ago (per SSC) and then basically copied almost everything from thier design and are now selling these cars. (Sand fever) gee...look familair? (SSC) I took a pretty close look at those Sand Fever cars and even the suspension looked identical to a SSC. I guess alot of builders are copying each other these days.
  6. I'll do it since he hasn't yet. I said something earlier about that.
  7. yes, lots of people cruise around with the kids in the back of pickups or on flatbed trailers (kinda like floats in a parade, lol) and go camp to camp trick or treating on Saturday night. :freakin_nuts:
  8. oh dayyyyyyum!
  9. We'll meet up sometime soon, Mike. :freakin_nuts: Did you get all the info you needed from FoDD and the BLM?
  10. Sweet video. Those trial bikers are the sh*t. :freakin_nuts:
  11. nope, but there were some really tall buggies that apeared to have a 1/4 inch of droop in their suspension.
  12. I'm gonna............... keep my mouth shut this time.
  13. You don't get anything these days. hint: GOODBYE
  14. You guys are going to hell then again...............so I am. Thats messed up.
  15. BTW, I'd rename this topic if I were you. It sounds like you are talking about Monster Rails, the company.
  16. but I agree. To each thier own though. Everyone is into different things. It's just like the crazy stereos people are putting in their rails. You gotta think about this too though- not everyone dunes like we do, Tim. Some just like to "look cool" at the hill or wheelie and jump alot. I bet if they went on a fast dune ride (or tried) they'd rethink their setup.
  17. Actually...I thought you were kidding in the first quote! WOW!
  18. YYYYEAH...thats it. Kenny, that dealer had to report the sale one way or another. I don't care what your sales guy told you.
  19. This one's for high octane junkie Joe Fab Mullet
  20. This one? Well I agree. I don't need all that either, but... to each their own. Maybe the dude loves duning and listening to music. Maybe he loves the "woopity dooo looky at meeee" attention. Who knows? There was also the car that monsterman posted about that had a crazy azz stereo in it too.... http://www.dumontduneriders.com/invision/i...ost&p=89940
