  1. WHOA...WTF??? I leave town for a few days and come back and this is the 1st thing I read. Whats wrong with you guys?? Walter, I don't know who pissed you off, but I know for a fact whoever it was had to of been joking. And it's just that. Walter you seem like a very nice guy. I'd hate for one or two people on here to give off a bad impression of the website or rest of the members who are on here. We can't control everything ya know- it's internet.
  2. Actually Busas have some pretty good grunt. They make suprisingly good torque. But for a UTV, I would have to disagree as well with putting a BUSA in one. It would probably loop out with one of those in there.
  3. Have I mentioned I can't wait? TFR Leaving in a couple hours
  4. yep....^ what he said^ It's not that I don't like the heat. I actually don't mind it that much. But after a few months of it, I am ready for winter is all.
  5. right on, Jon. I'll give you a ring if I don't see ya at the show. Are you gonna be there all 3 days?
  6. yep oh and Craig, YOU live in BFE, we live in Egypt, not Bum F*k Egypt.
  7. Not necessarily that much more, just few a few things and tricks that Scott @ Heads Up knows. I didn't see anything upgraded in that trans in the list. Scott has built drag Busa bikes in upwards of 550-600 reliable hp, yes reliable. I'm not saying I'd try and have something that nasty, but I'm sure he could build me something comparable or better for less money. He is really good with the busas. Pretty close. Turbo kits are about 4K in parts and labor when you add one to a stock N/A motor. You can only run a limited amount of boost without doing internal mods of course. All I was saying was it wouldn't cost 10G to add a turbo and make about the same power with my motor.
  8. Yeah but look what he is asking. I could have a turbo Busa built better for cheaper...including the cost of turbo and motor. Nice bike though.
  9. No you jackazz. I only had a few beers last year. I didn't get trashed. So, again, why does how mexican know that they will be 8 bucks for sure? Who is he and WTF is the troutbox @ GD.com? I'm not that worried about it I'm just curious how this "highly classified" iinformation leaked out?
  10. Your gonna be on post restriction soon. :laughoff:
  11. I don't remember beers being that high last year. How does this guy know they will be 8 bucks? If thats the case, no biggie. I don't plan on drinking that much anyways.
  12. riiiiight, but if you plan on being there all day that isn't really gonna help you past the first 10 minutes you are there. Unless you like warm pocket beer.
  13. Welcoem to DDR, Chris. There's already a topic started about this I beleive.... http://www.dumontduneriders.com/invision/i...?showtopic=5659
  14. There's not just one beer tent, there are several. And no, they don't allow coolers.
  15. This is about SANDRAILS, not your guys' "good ol days".
