Yep- it's not too far off from what is posted on the homepage that we got directly from the TRT.

Actuially I DID contact the BLM and get the facts... I got the same thing in an e-mail reply from her today. I contacted Lynnette about the new fees and asked a few questions. Here is some more info in the e-mail... Yes it sounds like pain, guys. BUT, lets just be patient and work with the BLM. They are getting this all handled soon enough. Is it really that big of a deal? I'm sure you will get your passes one way or another.

Hey does anyone have any pics of the Little Dunes (Little Dumont)? I am also looking for any pics of the ranger station or BLM vehicles, etc. Let me know if you have any.

There is always people out at the north pole throughout the day. The south pole is still farely new and not too many people know about it. We (members of DDR) put it up back in January 06 and like to call it DDR's "sacred ground". On teh big weekends or weekends where a bunch of people from DDR are out there, teh usual meet up time is 2PM at the South Pole. I am putting together a page on the site that better describes the poles and their locations as well as some other helpfull info. It should be up in the next day or two. I'll let ya know when I get it done.

I used to lose my cheap azz shades all the time, but then I started paying over a hundred bucks a pair and I definitely hang to them now becuase they are a hundred bucks a pair!

Man, you are searching for anything to start a thread these days, cheese. I used to wear the Polarized Oakley Straight Jackets but I have switch to a pair of polarized Arnette Rage sunglasses. I freakin love em. They fit way better and have better coverage. Except now I get major tan lines with the Arnettes. :dance:

whats up Scott. Well, here's the scoop. There will be no more potlucks in our camp. They were great in the beginning, but they got way outta hand real quick and just aren't worth it anymore, especially to those that were "hosting" them in front of their toyhaulers and to those that were stuck on the grill so everyone else could have fun and eat. It's just like the giant group DDR camp thing. Once cool, but got too big and just isn't the same. Those are a thing of the past as well. We still meet up at the south pole on the Saturday of most bigger weekends for a DDR meet & greet and sometimes coordinate a ride to follow. How did your car turn out with the color change? Is it done? I haven't seen any pics yet. :dance:
