  1. I'll keep in touch with Mike this week and see if he ends up going for sure. If he doesn't then Saturday it is.
  2. cool...glad you guys can make it!
  3. Wingnut is available Sunday too. What buddies of wingnut are you talking about? He said he doesn't care which day. If Mike can't make it, then Saturday it is. Sorry but we (Mike & I) already planned this trip and I can't tell him uh sorry dude you can't go now because we're going on Saturday now.
  4. Mike has his kid on Saturday. He said let's plan it for Sunday. I said whatever. Either one works for me.
  5. Nothing is any different than any other weekend out there. Yes you need a whip and no you don't need a light on it.
  6. Last time was too much fun. Lets go back. Me and a few guys are planning another early AM ride at Dumont on Sunday the 10th. We should be leaving town (Vegas) about 4:30 ish. Anyone else in?
  7. Escape the heat, yes...BUT.... I don't envy you one bit....85% humidity! no thanks! Have fun, man. Call me when you get back.
  8. Don, just take it easy. Breathe! If he is bothering you- DON'T READ THIS THREAD! I don't see why you get so heated with things like this. So he doesn't know everything- so what!? Just let it go.
  9. I was just saying what they are capable of. 250 HP is plenty of power to push around a light weight 4 seater and is still RELIABLE with the Busa. Those motors are very reliable. It's the trans and clutch that has problems 1st when you crank em way up.
  10. You must not understand what a Hayabusa can do. With a turbo on a Busa it will make an easy 240-250 reliable HP on low boost. They get up to 300-400 HP out of them if you tweek em and build em up even more. It's not that it's not enough power, it's the car's design that I think is it's downfall with the extra weight for SAFETY reasons.
  11. Yeah, he's probably bi-poler. j/k Which one? :angry2:
  12. I think there was more than one person under the same log in name. That or he's bi-polar. :angry2:
  13. yeah, but screw that. I don't like em. Short Sand Cars 4 seater Sick Sand Travel 4 seater I just don't think a mini should ever be a 4 seater. It doesn't make sense to me. Besides that I don't think they are that safe with still using 1 1/4" tubing with all that added weight. :angry2:
  14. HA! You got that e-mail too about the bust?
  15. You guys are breaking the rules! : SPEAK ENGLISH! :shout: :angry2:
  16. yup, Pontiac 3.8L...maybe s/c. I can't remember.
  17. Just meet near bathroom 6 that night. :angry2:
  18. All I can say is..........FAST. I've hit 6th gear about 3/4 throttle going down the back stretch of Dumont and your a-hole puckers up before you can hit top speed. Once you hit about....I'd say about 100-110 mph and you STILL have some pedal left- you don't need (or want to) go any faster. It's rediculous. With such a short wheelbase you don't wanna test out your top speed in a mini rail. Trust me- it's fast and fun as hell! :angry2:
  19. If he saved the day, then why is he being towed? :angry2:
  20. Maybe a couple/ few buggies, but probably mostly bikes.
  21. I'm not red assed about it, I just think it's funny as hell. Nobody else but Angela has a helmet on in that Coral pic. :angry2:
