Wow Kristin! That sucks about your friends, but it seems like they will recover ok. I always hear stories about people crashing at Coral Pink. The biggest reason for it is like Paul Rob said- the drop offs are almost impossible to see in the middle of the day. When we go up there, we don't even ride during certain times of the day. If we do, we stay to the left side of the dune area where there are more trees and trails. It still seems like you had fun despite your friends' accidents. I love that place.

I'm thinking an early morning run to Dumont one of these Saturdays with a bike or quad is due.

OK. Bert is going this weekend, but not me. I really don't see a Coral trip for me till probably later in the summer. Maybe even Aug/ September. I might be going to SanDiego for my birthday in June now so that kinda shoots any other plans for dune trips for awhile.

Yeah, I went to court for the ticket I got. It was a giant waste of time. That day cost be a good 400-500 bucks or so for nothing. :eatdrink021: I'd rather not get into it on the board.

Thanks again Ken & Jerry for the great time! It was a real good turnout. It was cool hanging out and chatting with some DDR peeps again. Your shop kicks a$$ and I hope it is very successful for you two. some of my "observations": -Sissorlifts make for great party favors and fun rides -bouncy houses fall down if they aren't properly inflated...that was funny as hell when all the kids started screamin! -miniature go-carts with less than 50cc's are still dangerous and that's why they're fun. -metalalien likes to do burnouts and parking lot rally racing -SinCityBlondie needs to watch where she running! She almost had a matching wounded leg like Vegas Style. :beatup: -"Fuggin racnjasen bro" was still there even though he wasn't -CBJ's -wingnut thinks I'm going to hell. -hoolahoops make any time better and also double as a jump rope -wetandwreckless actually showed up! -Dani (Danielle) is just as cool in person as on the internet I'll post some pics I took soon
