yyyyeah! I think you missed the joke behind that Dirt Wheels issue. It was a hoax and was supposed to be an April Fool's joke.

I'd wanna be Sandman. duh! no...not this sandman either ...but the real one that can change his physical state into sand. That way when the wind blows at Dumont I could just fly around the dunes and it would be like one big dune ride. Then I could come back together as a person when it gets nice out and have a cold one. I really didn't have to think much about this either. That's the scary part.

That's a very touching video. RIP Randy and Stephanie. Ross, it's funny you brought this up. I had similair feelings the last trip walking around outside of camp after everything was packed up and it was time to go. I thought of all the good times I had with great friends in such a wonderful place. I have met so many people and new friends out there as well. Many memories were made at Dumont and every year that place becomes more and more meaningful to me. It's like a whole separate world of it's own out there that I gain appreciation for every season.
