  1. I'm pretty sure the material is nylon. Are they (SST) charging too much for them or is it just a pain to get them?
  2. Thanks, Woody. I will need to get these things over to ynot (Terry) before the cleanup so next time I see everyone (maybe at Dumont) try and get the items to me or Terry. We will jot your name or business name down and will be credited when the prizes are raffled off.
  3. Thanks Jay. Just let me know. I understand though. Don't forget anything anyone can do, even as individuals, is appreciated. I ,personally, was thinking of picking up a few little things at an ATV shop and also donating some DDR gear (stickers, hats, shirts) also. It would be great if all of us at DDR could be one of the "co-sponsors" by coming forward with some help.
  4. Come on, peeps. There's gotta be someone you know that has a business that can donate something for the raffle. Big Rick has stepped up already, anyone else?
  5. I think as long as you know how to drive well and you aren't an idiot, you can go ahead and get whatever kind of car you want for your first car. My mini rail is pretty damn fast and it was my first car. Just be careful, get used to how a sandrail acts in the sand, and then work your way up with aggressiveness.
  6. Thanks Mike, Roy, and everyone else. She goes into today for either quadruple or triple bypass surgery and we are really hoping and praying for the best. Take plenty of pics, everyone.
  7. the search function is your friend, don't be afraid of him
  8. That Banshee looks pretty sweet already! I can even say nice Honda..I think. :mc_smiley: :ahhhhh: Seriously though, nice new toys Steve.
  9. Turned out really nice, Kenny. Tell Jen congrats!
  10. This has nothing to do with preventing it once you already have your hauler, but I've seen heated fresh water tanks as an option when buying a hauler new. I know, it does no good now but is a good tip to those who plan on getting a hauler.
  11. cool and all, but like Chase said...it looks like it would get boring fast. Hell, I got bored just watching, lol
  12. Who you talking to? and turn your caps lock off :dunce: This is exactly the situation I ran into over Thanksgiving when the disrespectful kid was popping wheelies on his quad back and forth next to my trailer ALL friggin day. :argue:
  13. The dumpster is the back of their trucks! Pack it in, pack it OUT. If they bring it there, they can take it with them.
  14. Jason (richardcheese), there is no need to clog the forum up with that crap. come on, please stop
  15. Thanks everyone. You guys be safe and have some fun for me out there.
  16. It really sucks but it looks as though I won't be able to make it out this weekend. My mom is in the hospital with heart troubles and I am staying in town until I know she is ok. If anything changes for the better I will post up if I end up making it out. Having a broken toyhauler window and my Tahoe to fix this week doesn't make my chances of going any better either.
  17. Then if you did that you wouldn't be any better than the kids that were throwing the rocks!
  18. no offense, but I don't follow NASCAR
  19. Gerald if you have the 6.0L, you should have the 4L80 trans, different from the 1500's which have a 4L60. . The 4L80's are a little cheaper to service than the Allison.
  20. Ouch, thats gonna leave a mark. Get in contact with me or sandduneaddict next time and we'll see if they can at least use some lube at the cashier. There's a reason why it is so much.. Bert (sandduneaddict) will explain. That's what he does.
