  1. What better weekend to bring her out! Looks amazing Jason. Hope you have zero issues with the shakedown.
  2. I'll be covering the cost of the tacos. Still having a hard time figuring out how much food to buy. I'm just going to have to make my best guess and hope there's enough to go around or not way too much extra. Thinking 15-20 lbs of carne and maybe the same amount of pollo. We'll put a donation bucket out for ufc so we can pay back dent boy. He's ordering the fight.
  3. Yeah the new one looks pretty decent. I haven't tried one yet but I think I might. Those old ones were a pretty crappy design.
  4. The new design one or the old janky style?
  5. Whoa Rich actually got back on DDR! hahaa alright bud. Looking forward to it.
  6. Hahaa here we go again! Sandy is always a good laugh. I never realized she was from Mexico. That would maker her Sandita. lol
  7. Good enough, jetjock15! I just need to get an idea of how many and who all to expect. Yeah just pull up wherever. Just keep the circle big. Don't cut it short. We'll probably need to squeeze quite a few in. I'm sure if someone is trying to save a spot next to them they'll give you a heads up. But it's first come, first serve on the parking. There's really no rules there. I don't know of any pitbulls and I hear ya...I'm not a big fan either. Camp will be big enough that it's not an issue if your kids want to ride inside camp...as long as you don't have Yoshi pipes on every bike and they go nonstop from morning till night. lol Just keep it respectable. We ride our ATC70's in camp at times throughout the weekend.
  8. You're good Ron. I gotchoo. I mostly just want my lazy friends to post up who haven't yet. lol @painterjoe @Randog @louB @KRUSTY @JVZ and many others If it's not a hassle, cool. My griddle cooks that carne up fast but we'll have a ton of it so extra grill space might be needed so it goes faster.
  9. Man, the weather forecast is looking awesome so far. Highs in the mid 60's all weekend and very little or no W. Side note about the tacos Saturday night. I need EVERYONE to RSVP on here so I know how much food to buy. No RSVP...no tacos for you! lol
  10. You need a vending permit. Read the info that is posted in the link.
  11. Probably around 9/ 9:30 ish. Just guessing though.
  12. Looks badass! Can't wait to see it in the sand. I hope you get everything worked out, Jason.
  13. I use an Eye of Mine clamp, but for some reason they discontinued them. http://www.eyeofmineactioncameras.com/product_p/rrlb-rp.htm I would look at the getting one of the new GoPro roll bar mounts. They seem quick and easy to change out to different locations. The head rotates too. https://shop.gopro.com/mounts/large-tube-mount-roll-bars-plus-pipes-plus-more/AGTLM-001.html
  14. haha no that makes you a DUNER. Damn it Stephen. That's too bad. Have a good trip. Maybe we can hook up some other time this season.
  15. Aw man that's too bad. Sorry to hear that. Busas have always been super reliable for me.
  16. Have you taken it out for a shakedown yet? How did it go?
  17. Good luck, Jason. I hope you get it all sorted out and make the trip.
  18. Cool. I'll try to get a headcount as it gets closer. I would guess at least as many (if not more) as that pic I posted a few posts back.
  19. Sweet. Then you might be the first one there. Maybe you can claim the camp, unless you'll be camped elsewhere like you did last time.
  20. Remember December nights get chilly. Bring plenty of firewood guys.
  21. Our Buggy Roundup Group Dune Trip will be Dec 9-11, 2016 at Dumont Dunes. This is an annual Dumont trip for all the guys and girls who have buggies. We camp together as a group across from bathroom 10 on the hard pack. This way nobody gets lost or stuck. The Buggy Roundup gives everyone a chance to meet up, hang out, and run the dunes together without the madness of a holiday weekend. New to the Roundup? No problem. Just post up on the forum topic that you are coming and you're in. The circle is big and there's always room for more. We'll make a second ring if we have to. Many of us know each other, but many don't. One thing's for sure...at the end of the weekend, total strangers end up leaving as friends. Schedule of Events There isn't one! This is Dumont. We don't look at our watches or have schedules. Sometimes we sleep in, sometimes we get up early to shred the dunes. It all depends on how much fun we had the night before. We usually hit the dunes runs whenever someone in camp yells, let's roll! Buggy Weigh In: If Ben is able to bring his scales this year like he has in the past, you'll get a chance to weigh your car. Get a full digit readout of the weight at all four corners. Place bets and talk crap about how each others car needs to go on a diet! Tacos and UFC: This year we'll be hosting tacos and UFC! We'll be grilling up carne asada for everyone and projecting UFC 206 on the side of a trailer. Grab a taco and a beer and find yourself a spot around the fire. RSVP Just post up on the forum topic and tell us you are in. Feel free to upload a pic of your rig and buggy as well. Side x Sides and Bikes We don't discriminate, however this is the BUGGY roundup. Everyone is welcome to come camp with the group, but we ask that all bikes and side x sides hop behind the buggies on dune runs. It's for your own safety. Big cars don't mix well with bikes and side x sides. Last years trip report http://www.dumontduneriders.com/invision/index.php?showtopic=20475
