Yes it was lost at Dumont. Good news, this was posted on our Facebook page. People who found the dog are by bathroom 10 where they have a huge bright light. They were gonna go leave their # at the Ranger station. Hope this helps.

Post up your pics and weekend highlights. There was a great crowd at the hill on Friday for the hill climbs. This pic reminds me of when everyone used to race on the left side of comp. Then one day everyone sorta just turned to the right and started racing over there instead. Pretty scary looking crash! I hope the passenger is ok. I will keep this updated if I hear anything else. So far it sounds like the passenger was airlifted out with no feeling in his lower extremities but that is just what I heard.

From what I have heard there is already quite the crowd out there. I'm still just shooting for a day trip on Saturday. I'm not feeling up to a weekend trip until Buggy Roundup. @duniemonkie and I will roll out with the buggy, socialize and play around in the sand for the day. We're going to try to hit up the BLM meeting at 10AM and check out the waterpumpers. I have a few people I'd like to meet this weekend too.

It's all personal preference. I don't think there's many bad spots. Over by 9 is usually pretty quiet and dust/ traffic free.

You'll be fine out that way. It's hard packed and fairly rocky out that direction. Just hang a left as soon as you get to top of the plateau near the visitor center. Welcome to the site, Mike.

Depends how big you wanna go. haha If you wanna go real big, you've gotta time your trip when guys like Parsons and Renner are out there then scope out their lines. I'm hoping they do another one soon. Parsons seems to be out there quite a bit these days.
