  1. Sorry Taco, but I've got Kenny's back on this one. There's nothing GAY about shifter karts. I have always wanted to get into shifters. They look like a serious adrenline rush that requires some serious skill. I was going to get into them right when I was diagnosed with a bad case of sand addiction, then all my money was dumped into sand toys.
  2. It's at home. I'll post it up tonight along w/ a few others.
  3. I am currently running TomPro header and a Supertrapp pipe (with a tip/ not the plates) on my Hayabusa. After long runs in the dunes for a while, that thing starts getting a bit LOUD. It sounds great, but gets to be a bit much. I would like to quite it down a bit. Does anyone know of some pipes that are available and where can I find one. Any help is much appreciated. Also: If anyone has a mini-rail please post some pics of how you have your exhaust routed too!
  4. Cole, if the campgrounds are full you can stay in the "meadow". You don't need a reservation for it either...just pull in. You can use the facilities (restroom & showers) in the campground, which is right down the road, if you pay them the use fee of 5 bucks for the weekend. Have fun, be safe.
  5. Man, Scott, that thing is one nice rail! I bet your friggin giddy!
  6. Some pics from the reception... Congrats again, Bert. I can tell you two were so happy yesterday.
  7. Right on, Scott! ALL I have to say is BE CAREFUL!!!!!....EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!!! Get to know that car well before you get aggresive at all with it in the dunes. Congratulations, man!
  8. Well we just got back. It was a great early morning trip. :headbang: We headed out of town at 4 AM. We arrived at the dunes at 5:30 and were riding  by 5:45/ 6:00. :headbang: The sun was barely up, the temperature was about 88 degrees, and the dunes were oh so smooth. There were only about maybe 6 other groups of people out there besides us. We basically had the dunes to ourselves. The riding was great. :headbang: The temps got up to about 104 right before we left. It wasn't too hot because there was a good little breeze all morning. There were no clouds in the sky and the sun was BRIGHT. We were gonna stay a bit longer, but decided it was time to go because the dunes were getting hard to read at that time because of the sun's position. SandYFZ put the fear into us by saying, "I don't think we should go out one more time because I don't want it to be the one ride we SHOULDN'T have gone on! lol" We figured, yeah nobody got hurt and all our bikes still run, we better go now. All in all it was an awesome trip. It was great meeting you, DUNEDEMON and your buddies as well. Must do it again soon! :headbang: Gassing up... A view of the sunrise cruising in on the gravel road... Beautiful dunes .... SandYFZ... The stump of sand that made Pauly 2 inches shorter (He accidentally hit this extremely hard coming outta a turn) PaulyPaul recovering A bunch of trash that was left behind by some disrespectful idiots  ... We picked it up before we took off. The north pole report: still somewhat intact. The only damage is a broken hinge on the door and a smashed up ball on top. The damn jerks have been trying to damage it again. Chillen at the south pole after some good riding.... A view from the south pole....gorgeous dunes I told cdavego and DUNESMURF that they were gonna have to go ahead and load up my truck and trailer in their toyhauler for the ride home. They didn't go for it, besides it was a bit tight. Here's the river crossing (or lack there of). It was bone dry.
  9. Just wanted to congratulate our buddy, Bert. He gets married today to his fiance, Ashley. Here's to a long and happy marriage you two! and since Bert doesn't drink, here's a smiley for him so he isn't left out with the toast to his marraige...
  10. I'm using mine Sunday morning, Dave. Besides his giant Tatum wouldn't fit on my trailer anyways.
  11. When are you leaving, Stacey? Saturday or Sunday? Me, Pauly, ISBB, and maybe Tacomama are coming out in the early AM on Sunday.
