  1. Terry I will contribute any way possible, just keep me posted as to how and when I can help. I'll purchase a business membership for DDR when the app. is up on the site.
  2. Here's the map for where we will be camped this weekend in case some of you forgot where I posted it. (Don29palms)
  3. woo hoo! bring em both- chili and the grill if you have room for it!
  4. BTW here is how much firewod I am bringing. We'll still need more as far as smaller stuff goes. These big stumps will last for 2 solid nights as long as we don't get too carried away like on Saturday night of the cleanup weekend!
  5. Actually not really. Every time I have been there for Easter it has been just barely more people than the regular off-weekends. Here is a pic of camp area from next to the 2nd finger dune on Easter weekend a few years ago. Not really packed if you ask me.
  6. Damn, trav!! Good job and good thinking! That's crazy! How hard did they hit the coach? Is it okay? At least you recovered the quad for someone. Props to you and Kenny!
  7. too damn cool! That takes some serious balls!
  8. Sweet! Nice car and nice pic! Welcome to DDR
  9. well yeah- it will leak if it's full! We can't have that now can we!!??
  10. Yeah, don't worry. You'll find us....if not we'll have to give you one of these... because we will be almost impossible to miss. here is a map I made at work because I ran out of motivation for the day
  11. What about the hole in the corner of it???? I'll bring the plaster and the beer!
  12. Scott camp should be visible from the main gravel road. Just before bathroom 6, hang a right on the road and we should be about 100-200 yards from the road. The banner will be facing the main road. Were you there over the cleanup weekend. If so the DDR camp will be in the same spot as then which was right next to (just past) the Suspensions Unlimited Truck/ trailer. If you or anyone else needs more specifics for the camp location, just PM me for my # and I can try and explain the location better if needed. I don't have GPS coordinates though, sorry.
  13. Scott, you should find us w/ no problem. You could bring whatever goes w/ burgers and dogs. I'd say account for about 20-30 people I'm guessing. I'll post up the exact camp location when Don29palms and OGPimp get there on Wednesday AM. Can't wait...should be good times and lookin forward to meeting you.
  14. Lodging is always free as long as there is room. Where is your storage lot located for this piece?
  15. Everyone hold off on the burgers for another day or so. Pauly Paul's dad works for a food distribution company and he might get us a case of each (dogs and burgers) I'll let everyone know if we need any by Wednesday. As for other stuff besides burgers, get creative or something. Just bring something....maybe a veggie or meat/cheese platter or something
  16. U take trades??? I'll trade you a big screen projection TV for it! You're friggin crazy, April!
  17. What type of diesels do you see on the road all day, every day towing enormous toyhaulers and trailers?......that's right...all of them! They are all good trucks. Every one of the diesels are good engines...Powerstroke, Cummins, Duramax. In my opinion, they have ALL been proven to be reliable and crank out tons of power, it's just a matter of preference. The dually will give you some added stablity, but if it's gonna be your daily driver, I'd stick w/ the 1 ton SRW. But that's just me.
  18. who me? Why did you quote me? Are you guys serious? You don't see a face in the rocks?
  19. Can anyone bring some burgers and buns???
  20. That Ford dually would more than likely be wingnut, ash. I personally have always been a Chevy guy, so I can't offer you much help on those 2 trucks, sorry. I love my DMax though.... 60mph up Potisi (going to Dumont) fully loaded w/ my 34 ft t/h! Either way you go though, they are all good trucks. Sounds like if you like your truck already and it works for you- I wouldn't take the plunge just because of the nice new factor. I doubt you would really gain any power from the Cummins over what you already have. Sounds like you have a good setup already. Just my .02.
  21. I tried that once..................ONCE!
