  1. Looking for some feedback on the New Posts/ Unread content button. Should I leave it as is or would the Unread Content (View New Posts) link be better in the nav bar where the ACTIVITY link currently is?
  2. We're getting there, guys. In the meantime please let me know if something doesn't work right.
  3. Yeah sorry about that. The new software got rid of the user names and retained the display names. That is what you use to log in now. Hope this doesn't cause too much confusion. You can also log in with your email address though.
  4. repost, but still worth it! haha http://www.dumontduneriders.com/invision/index.php?showtopic=20790
  5. We may be getting our update today so expect some downtime or funky stuff going on with the site.
  6. Seems the trick or treaters might only hit the bigger camps. Makes sense...more trailers, more candy per stop. Try some lights like vegas style said and camp closer to the action if you are usually out in the boonies.
  7. Thanks Stephen! I'll let ya know. Gotta check and see if Costco has em. Thanks!
  8. I don't have a club membership for Sam's or Costco.
  9. What's the best place to pick up some 6V batteries in Vegas? I am currently running Energizer GC2's and they've been great batteries but I think it's time for some fresh ones. I don't remember where I got them years ago.
  10. "A Comp Hill Halloween Saturday Night!", submitted by sand chick
  11. Nice RV. You forgot to post the price.
  12. I'd just haul it rather than risking the possibility of a place not having water available. What's another 1000 lbs when you are already hauling 10-15K right? I never notice the difference. But to answer your question, I believe the Valero still has fresh water available.
  13. Awesome. I was waiting for this video. Turned out badass. I even learned a few things about Dumont ! haha Tom Parsons rips!
  14. Nice Banshee. Welcome to the site! Good luck with the sale.
  15. Progress! I like it. Man, that is going to look sweet Jason. Good job.
  16. Very nice! So the 400ex was stolen, not the Raptor right?
  17. I figure this might be a good time to announce the site will be getting some much needed updates over the next few weeks. Reason I say this now is because the site may or may not be down from time to time. So if things look funny or aren't working properly, just bear with us. There will be a bunch of things to move around and update with the database & server. Things to come DDR will be 100% mobile friendly. All pages of the site will be accessible and easier to navigate from your phone or tablet. All the features of the desktop site should work just as easy from a mobile device. All new look & styling Product and shop review section Plus I have a bunch more ideas and things to implement once the new site is up. So stay tuned and be patient with us over the next couple weeks.
  18. New for the upcoming season. You won't be stopped on the way in.
  19. Nice what are you running for motor/ trans? Or is it powered by sandwiches?
  20. Go to one of their meetings. They'll gladly explain it in detail, more than you'll want to hear. lol It's no secret. It's public information.
  21. The BLM has done something about the dirty restroom situation at Dumont. http://www.dumontduneriders.com/index.php/news/_/articles/featured/cleaner-restrooms
  22. Dune season officially kicks off with the first holiday weekend of the 2016/2017 season, Halloween Weekend! With Halloween landing on Monday Oct 31st, October 29-31 will be the official weekend when duners flock to Dumont with their sand toys. Holiday passes will be required so make sure you pick up a holiday season pass ahead of time from a participating vendor or grab a $40 weekly pass from the onsite machine. Trick or Treating! Halloween lands on a Monday this year, but trick-or-treating has always been a Saturday night tradition so we would recommend planning for that. Make sure you bring some candy for the kids. It is always one of the most festive holiday weekends as duners decorate their camps and get into costume. At sundown on Halloween, duners transform flatbed trailers and pickups into trick-or-treat mobiles and go camp to camp. With Halloween being the first big weekend and everyone full of excitement to get out and dune, it's easy to forget a few simple things which could help you avoid a helicopter ride to the hospital or even worse, the white coroner van. Take a look at some of the tips on our forum, http://www.dumontdun...showtopic=19713. They seem like simple, common sense but a refresher is never a bad thing. Don't forget to post up your pictures and weekends highlights on the forum when you get back. You can also upload your pics to our Facebook page @dumontduneriders or use the hashtag #dumontduneriders on Instagram. Join the Halloween discussion on the forum...
