Thanks. I agree the mobile version is much better! That's basically the biggest reason for this update. Getting with the times! haha

Damn that thing is beautiful! Looking really good. Can't believe it's been almost 2 years since you updated this thread. Keep it coming.

How's this? I made the new posts button default to all new posts whether they are read or not like raspadoo suggested. I think that's a good idea. If you want to see only the stuff that you haven't read, click the little unread content link just below the orange buggy (also at the bottom right corner of the site). Would that work best? You can always create your own custom filtered stream in the Activity tab, but that custom button will be in the Activity drop down menu. Just trying to make this work for everyone. Let me know.

How's that? Anybody else object? Thanks bud

Thanks guys!

Well that didn't work. Back to the drawing board. It's stupid crap that this that eats up my time but I want it to work right damn it! Thanks Clark! We're getting there.

I just updated another way of browsing the new posts. Normally you'd have to click the little tiny icon on the latest posts to be brought directly to the newest post. Otherwise it would bring you to the top of the topic and you'd have to scroll down. I installed a plugin that brings you straight to the first unread post in the topic. I have no way of testing it until more people post up though. LOL

How's that? Better?
-
Yep, I'm on that right now. I agree.

Ok cool! Just wanted to make sure everything is there. Sometimes I make a change that is only visible to admins and forget to change the permissions later.

It was never gone. It just wasn't in the top nav bar. I have since added it to the top. Don't you see it?

If they're leaking that bad around the bead, it's likely there's sand in there. I would bust them down and clean the bead. I use Berryman's Tire Sealer and it works really well. Not sure how well it would work if the beads are dirty though.

ok, done! Keep the feedback coming. Hard to tell things are working when nobody posts. lol

Looking for some feedback on the New Posts/ Unread content button. Should I leave it as is or would the Unread Content (View New Posts) link be better in the nav bar where the ACTIVITY link currently is?
-
We're getting there, guys. In the meantime please let me know if something doesn't work right.

Yeah sorry about that. The new software got rid of the user names and retained the display names. That is what you use to log in now. Hope this doesn't cause too much confusion. You can also log in with your email address though.

Why I keep returning to Death Valley & Dumont Dunes-RedBull
dunefreak replied to Landsandcrab's topic in Dumont Happenings
repost, but still worth it! haha http://www.dumontduneriders.com/invision/index.php?showtopic=20790 -
We may be getting our update today so expect some downtime or funky stuff going on with the site.

Seems the trick or treaters might only hit the bigger camps. Makes sense...more trailers, more candy per stop. Try some lights like vegas style said and camp closer to the action if you are usually out in the boonies.

Thanks Stephen! I'll let ya know. Gotta check and see if Costco has em. Thanks!
-
I don't have a club membership for Sam's or Costco.

What's the best place to pick up some 6V batteries in Vegas? I am currently running Energizer GC2's and they've been great batteries but I think it's time for some fresh ones. I don't remember where I got them years ago.

Nice RV. You forgot to post the price.

I'd just haul it rather than risking the possibility of a place not having water available. What's another 1000 lbs when you are already hauling 10-15K right? I never notice the difference. But to answer your question, I believe the Valero still has fresh water available.
