  1. In a heartbeat. I can't wait to see that. What's it have? Supercharged 6.2L?? <-- I wish. No kidding Vic.
  2. I hadn't seen the Ram Runner until this. Anybody see one running around yet? <iframe width="853" height="480" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ink77nR3ElU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  3. I read "ostrich seat" and I have to admit that my expectations were kinda low. Glad I looked, because the seat looks sick! I like it!
  4. Look up companies that do those for car dealers. Print shops try to be one-stop for them. Good luck on the election!
  5. I didn't get much of anything. My camera's battery died before I could dial in the settings. I wasn't prepared at all. Here's one, but nothing special.
  6. Happy Birthday Pedro! Don't listen to Terry, you don't look a day over 46. Have fun dude!
  7. Don't be so sure about that. I've kept up on my mostly-stock YFZ450. It felt like my arms were gonna fall off, but I was there...
  8. 52... 55... I don't know that I could feel the difference. Just remember that the dude who normally leads some wicked-fast runs is riding a mostly-stock Rappy with about 1,658,312 miles on it. Like Aaron said; In the end, as long as you're happy: Who cares?
  9. Yeah, well it would take a lot to acclimate my pansy azz!
  10. You Vegas people are so jaded. 100 isn't bad?? I almost effin melt when it hits 85 around here. I'm trying like hell to make this trip anyway. I just have to figure out how to stuff some ice packs in my riding shorts...
  11. For desert/dune riding, you gotta do the cam mod. Dunes like revs, and the cam mod will make you more power at the top end. Once you're in there for a valve adjustment, you might as well get it done. And don't let any of the old guys here tell you any different, that bike is way better in the dunes than those tanks they ride...
  12. How many dunes can a duner dune if a duner can dune dunes??
  13. Dammit. I'm gonna have to think about spending the night somewhere closer if I want to make this... Starting my research... now.
  14. I felt the same way. I almost sold my 450 so I could stick with the Banshee. I threw a +2.5 steering stem on it, a more comfortable seat, and now I'm really starting to like that bike. All it needs now is some softer suspension. The rappy feels bigger. It'll plow through anything though. I always felt like I could flick the 450 around easier. Both great bikes though, just a matter of personal preference.
  15. I barely ride mine. Bought it new in 04. Ridden on average once a season. Still on the stock top end. Runs as good as new and starts right up. Probably my most reliable bike.
  16. I don't know. The chicks are smiling and the dude looks a little uncomfortable. You may be unto something...
  17. Dude, you might be able to pay for a new muffler if you sell that stock one for scrap. That fugger is almost as big as my... um... yeah, it's big.
  18. You SOB. I was just looking at these today trying to convince myself that they make a great commuter. Effin gorgeous bike Pete. Congrats! Bet you're gonna have fun gettin that thing dirty!
  19. I don't know if I have one picture that describes my season since my few trips were all so different. But I kinda like this one:
  20. Thanks! Should be fun for sure. Ah, the million dollar question. Short answer: I have no idea. I can't decide between the 150 e-start piranha (convenient and strong, but more work in terms of finding place for battery, blah blah), or a 155z out of a pitster (would be ideal if I can get a deal on a running pit bike as a donor, but then I would have to A) mutilate the plastics to accommodate the kick starter, or B) build a flip-up latch for the seat). Decisions, decisions... No joke. It was either suspension or cut back on the booze.
